Lodgement 't Wiede has 3 rooms for rent (Hooizolder, ‘t Voorhuus, Bedstede) , our farm is uniquely situated at the central canal in the middle of the old village in a more than 170 years old farmhouse. The farm is a listed monument and has recently been renovated. Within walking distance are restaurants, museums and a supermarket. Our rooms are equipped with luxury beds, a minibar, private facilities, TV, bluetooth audio set and of course free WiFi.

The space
Bedstede room is one of the 3 rooms that we rent out. This beautiful complete, clean room is located downstairs and has direct connection to the front garden in of our farm where we live. We rent out 3 rooms. This room is a nice authentic room with modern private shower and toilet. Our farm is located in the middle of Giethoorn. You can use the front garden. No kitchen available. There is coffee and tea making facilities in the room and a private refrigerator.

No expense has been spared to provide you with a pleasant night's sleep. In 't Voorhuus and on the Hooizolder you sleep on comfortable Swiss Sense® beds. If you choose to sleep in our authentic cupboard-bed or "Bedstede", the most natural and unrivaled sleeping experience awaits you on a Vita Talalay® natural latex mattress. This material is wonderfully soft and yet provides optimum support.

Our introduction to Giethoorn years ago was as a tourist also. We fell in love with the village and the people and eventually settled after spending many holidays in Giethoorn. Obviously you would like to explore Giethoorn by yourself, either by foot or by (rental) boat. Nonetheless we will be more than happy to share our love for Giethoorn with our guests and point you in the right direction for your personal travel demands.
