Urban is a really nice person ,he is always friendly and willing for a talk, and at the same time, I always had my privacy . The room was exactly what was announced and what I was looking for. I fully recommend his house.
Urban was a great host. Gave me all the space I needed. This is in a wonderful neighborhood with birds to wake you in the morning. Easy access to groceries and a nice walking/biking path nearby. Definitely worth a visit if you're in St. Paul.
Stayed here for a month. Urban is a very nice guy and absolutely respected my privacy and gave me all the space I needed. The neighborhood is excellent - very safe and very convenient for anything you need. For visiting students, Urban's home is extremely close to Regions Hospital if you are doing a rotation there.
Urban was a great host and invited me to an event he hosted the night I arrived. Most of my business was in Minneapolis, and it was really great that Urban offered to drop me at the metro station in the mornings. The room was comfortable and I even had a space heater available, necessary for a New Mexican in April.
Urban is an excellent host and his description of the listing is very accurate. I stayed at his house for about a month for a work assignment. The place is clean and well kept. I would stay here again.
Urban was a great host; totally welcoming and informative, but not at all intrusive. The bedroom is basic and comfortable, and there is a big common space available too. The house itself is a terrific place: big porch, tons of interesting wooden molding, very well maintained. I took walks in the neighborhood every day, either enjoying the pretty tree-lined streets or walking to the nearby shops. It was a nice little vacation spot while visiting a Mac student.
Urban made me feel very welcome. The description of the place was very accurate - it is a very simple room in a nice home. The neighborhood is wonderful and very enjoyable to walk about.

About the Host, Urban
A person who is always busy - either at my work for Hennepin County analyzing health data or the area amateur art scene playing music, putting on plays, and taking photos. Unless it's football season, then I'll be watching the Packers.
