There's plenty of street parking around the building. Street cleaning is only four days a month from 12:30 PM to 3:30 PM.

Locked parking is $200 a month or a nightly fee of $20.

Booking means pets are fully vaccinated and treated with prescribed flea and tick medicine. You also agree to keep pets leash in common areas and assume all risk for allowing your pet to engage with other pets and people.

Special notice to cat owners:
I love pets. I wouldn’t separate anyone from their pet. I want to host your pet.

Despite every cat parent’s assurances, cat damage happens enough for me to need to mention it.

My request is that you agreed to proactively tell me about damage, pay for replacement or repair, and pay me whatever small amount for the extra work when it goes above a standard Airbnb wear and tear.

Guest access
The studio is exclusively yours. Enter through the locked front door with your personal code. Up the stairs and you will find your studio, also with a private code for the lock.

Neighborhood highlights

Located a few blocks from the Berkeley border, three blocks from Children's Hospital and six blocks from Oakland's buzzing, hip Temescal District. There's a great cafe a block away for your morning cappuccino. After that, just walk or drive six blocks to Temescal district where you have your choice of Burmese, Korean, Thai fusion, Japanese, Caribbean, Italian, Fried chicken and more ... and more food and shopping. Hang outdoors at Temescal Brewery.

Walking or driving north from my place, you will find Sweet Adeline, one of Berkeley's sweetest cafes, fresh baked goods, yum, etc. Also, there is an amazing Farmer's Market Tuesday afternoon/evenings. Half a mile after that is Ashby BART and a little further is Berkeley Bowl, Berkeley's famous grocery store for everything you need. Whole Foods is about the same distance, up Ashby St from BART.
