There are families with young children as neighbourg , so no noise after 10 PM !!
Karine's place could not have been better for our family. The location was super close to metro stops and just a ten minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. Our kids had a great time in the second bedroom. The apartment was easy to get to, clean, and comfortable. We could not have a better stay.
I absolutely hate writing anything bad, it doesn't make me feel good. Looking at the pictures and reading the reviews you are expecting something nice and cozy. I was extremely excited to be there with my family and up until that point Karine was great about getting back to me with any questions or concerns. We got there and it was disappointing. The toilet is by itself in a very small, closet like space surrounded by clutter and mops. There is no sink to wash your hands! You either need to go in kitchen or walk into the kids bedroom to reach bathroom sink. In the one bathroom it is also cluttered with all her bathroom essentials. The kids bedroom was stinky because there were two fishbowls that were not clean. It was cold in Paris and the kids windows do not shut properly. The Other bedroom was very cute and nice. It had a comfortable bed. Our towels were also an issue. Two towels were regular size, but the other two were child size. There is a hand held shower head, but you must pretty much sit in the tub or get water every where because there is no shower curtain. I emailed her first day asking how to turn heat up and never got a reply until the night before we left. I also emailed asking for a refund, not for the first night because we were there and stuck at that point, but for the other four nights, so we could stay somewhere warm and clean, no response. We had no choice but to stay because it was not in my budget to pay for another place. Maybe this is a one time thing, where there was clutter, dirty, and no response back. I hope it really is, but for me I will not stay there again even though the area is ideal.
