Conveniently located, detached artist's studio within very short walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. Sleeps two comfortably with king size bed, large/comfy sofa with shower, wifi, cable TV and a small refrigerator. Very close to the beach, mountains, Santa Monica, Malibu and all parts of the Westside of Los Angeles.

The space
The detached unit is above the garage with one flight of steps. This is a working art studio but not while guests are staying over. It’s a no-shoes and pet-free environment so it is always clean. The backyard BBQ is available for use with patio table and chairs. Coffee, tea and sparkling water available. The fire department is a close neighbor but they're reasonably quiet, friendly and helpful. There is ample free street parking. If you love hiking, the beach or surfing, you'll be stoked. I know all the good surf spots, beaches and trails and will give great advice on how to get anywhere in LA, what to see and where to eat.

The Pacific Palisades is a beautiful, quiet, coastal community surrounded by the Santa Monica Mountains and the Pacific Ocean. The Palisades is located between Santa Monica and Malibu with good access to all parts of Southern California. We're located next to Palisades Village with lots of great shops, restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, and other amenities nearby. The saying goes, "If you're rich you live in Beverly Hills, if you're famous you live in Malibu, if you're lucky you live in the Palisades."
