This home has the best of both worlds, located on a canal on a cul de sac with views of both the canal and Lake Grassy on 540acres. The home is fully furnished and ready for your family vacation! We provide linens, towels, washer & dryer, a fully functioning kitchen & cable TV. There are 2 full baths and 2 bedrooms. There is enough parking in the front yard for a truck and trailer, and approximately 2 other vehicles. You also have access to a private boat ramp and small beach 5 blocks away.

Located on a cul-de-sac quiet street with no traffic . 2 bedroom 2 bath house with 1500 square feet including a full size garage . The back patio leads out to multiple connecting canals and opens up to Lake grassy on 540 Acres . Within 8 blocks guests also have access to a private beach and boat ramp that is part of the lake grassy. You are also one hour-and-a-half from Orlando or Tampa . And, one hour away from the Gulf Coast or Atlantic Coast beach.
