Queen sized bed, full bathroom, fully equipped kitchen. AC and ceiling fan. TV with streaming channels and wi-fi. Private porch with gas grill, outdoor seating area. Sleeps 2 people and the guest limit is strictly enforced.

Things to Note:
-The shower is very small! It may not be comfortable for larger guests.
-This is an older wooden house and is somewhat rustic. Its priced accordingly for our area.
-You may see bugs or geckos. The house is fumigated regularly, but despite our best effort some bugs may still get in.
-If you have a bug phobia or are expecting luxury, please do not book this house!
ABOUT CAMPOMAR VILLAS: Campomar Villas is a resort style group of homes with a shared pool and garden area. We are located at the end of a private, dead end road. We have a total of 6 rental units and all units combined can sleep a maximum of 23 people.
Villa #1: 2 bedrooms, sleeps 6.
Villa #2: 3 bedrooms, sleeps 7.
Villas #3 and #4: Duplex, with 1 bedroom each, sleeps 2 people each unit.
Campomar Apartment: 2 bedrooms, sleeps 4.
Campomar Bungalow: Studio size, sleeps 2.
Campomar Villas is a lush tropical retreat that is only a short walk away from beautiful and exclusive Shack's Beach in Isabela, Puerto Rico. A 15 x 30 black bottom pool, gazebo and large garden area are shared with our guests. Our property is located at the end of a private road which dead ends underneath a spectacular 200 foot limestone cliff. Campomar Villas offer a secluded and private feel while still being close to all the area's best beaches, restaurants, activites and shopping.
Important information:
*We aim to provide our guests with a relaxing vacation, for this reason we do not allow loud music at the pool and there are no outside guests allowed. We do not close the pool at night but we do ask for quiet at the common areas after 8 pm (no music or loud voices).
*Dogs and cats live on this property.
*We have a back up generator and reserve water cistern in the case of outage. Power outages do occasionally happen in PR, they typically don't last more than half a day, but occasionally last a little longer. If a power outage occurs, our generator policy is to run the generator from 6 pm to 8 am and leave it off during the day. Our units function normally under generator power, including AC.
*Wi-fi is normally reliable and strong, however outages do happen occasionally. If wi-fi access is extremely important to you (for remote work, etc), it is a good idea to have the capability of making your phone a hot spot in case of outage.
*We are not responsible for situations beyond our control and we do not give refunds in the event of typical power or wi-fi outages.
Guest access
Shack's beach is a 4 minute walk away. Depending on conditions, Shack's is good for swimming, snorkeling, scuba diving, surfing and is also a world class kite surfing destination.
We also walking distance to Villa Montana Resort, Villa Tropical, Eclipse restaurant, Ola Lola's Tiki Bar and Tropical Trail Rides. Jobos beach is a mile and a half away. Other good beaches are within a 10 minute drive (Middles, Surfer's, Wilderness, Crashboat, etc.).
The Econo grocery store is 5 minutes away, located on Road 110. Many great restaurants and bars are located at Jobos Beach and along Road 110.
We are 10 minutes from the Aguadilla airport (BQN) or about 2 hours from the San Juan airport (SJU).
It is highly recommended to rent a car. There is no public transportation here, taxi's are limited and Uber is pretty much non-existent.

Aguadilla, Puerto Rico
The neighborhood is tourist friendly, but not overly "touristy". There is a great, laid back vibe, and the locals are very friendly. This is a big area for surfing and outdoor activities. Miles of beautiful, undeveloped beaches are available to explore. English is widely spoken here, as well as Spanish. The population is a mix of Puerto Ricans, expats, and people with seasonal homes. The upscale Villa Montana resort is right down the street. Two restaurant/bars are within walking distance- Eclipse Restaurant on the beach, with a romantic tropical atmosphere, and Ola Lola's Garden Bar, which is friendly and laid back, and is a great place to meet the locals and other travelers. This is a unique area with a strong sense of community.

My name is Kelda and I am originally from the Dallas, Texas area. I studied animal production and equine science in college and I worked on horse farms and saddle shops for several years. I decided to trade the farm life for island life and I moved to Aguadilla, Puerto Rico in 2010. I started out as a horseback riding tour guide, and then began managing vacation rentals for a friend. I am now a licensed real estate agent for F. L. Realty in Aguadilla. Our main property is Campomar Villas, which we have been working on improving for the last few years. I also manage a few other nearby AirBnB properties for my real estate clients.
Being an AirBnB host has been a great experience and I have gotten to meet people from all over the country and even the world. I love this area and it makes me happy to see my guests enjoying and appreciating it as I do.
I love the laid back lifestyle, the friendly people, and especially the wide variety of gorgeous beaches in this area.
In my free time I like being outdoors, gardening, scuba diving, riding horses on the beach, and my favorite activity- just hanging out on the beach with my friends and my dog.
