Had a wonderful time staying at Jenna's B&B. The rooms were charming and extremely comfortable. We had everything we could have asked for, in a great location. The breakfast every morning was excellent and Jenna also arranged for fruits and fresh coffee for us one day when we had an early start. I highly recommend staying here.
Can't say enough wonderful things about our stay here! Jenna is amazing and the space is as beautiful and peaceful as you can get in pana. It is a bit hard to find so make sure to ask Jenna for directions because you don't want to miss your stay here! The breakfast spread was amazing everyday and I could spend hours in the garden. We would stay here again in a heart beat!
Jennifer's place was a treat to stay at from beginning to end. Comfortable beds, good bathrooms, great details like flowers and water in the rooms. Great breakfast and charming host. Gracias.
Jenna's place is great! I loved my stay there and her pets made me feel even more at home.
Jenna was awesome! She welcomed me, my husband, and family the minute we arrived. We had been in communication for a bit before our stay and when I got out of the van its was as if we were old friends. She welcomed me with a great big hug and smile.
My husband and I got married in Antigua and decided to invite friends out to Panajachel. We found Jenna's B and B and it was the perfect place for us. The location is right where I wanted to be. The B and B is a few blocks from the water, great restaurants, and shopping areas. Her place alone brought a great feel of "zen". She has a roof top terasa (terrace) that looks out to the volcanoes and water. It was a great place for my friends and family to sit, talk, reminisce our wedding, and drink some wine. Her place was really clean and well kept. The staff were friendly too. Every morning Jenna had an incredible breakfast and coffee. I felt safe and comfortable.
My husband and I were also lucky to be the first to experience her yurt. Living in the yurt was fun. It is exactly who I am and loved relaxing in the Japanese tub. For those who cannot picture a yurt, it was like Glam Camping. There is a cute loft you can go up to, relax, read a book or watch a tv show, or have a romantic evening watching the stars through the glass panel ceiling.
Jenna was also extremely helpful with a map of great eating and dinning, shopping, tours, transportation information, and sight seeing activities.
I highly recommend her place to anyone, especially to big groups who want to stay together and to those who do not want have that "hotel" experience. I would definitely stay at Jenna's again.
About the Host, Jennifer
I am an artist, painter and one of the things I enjoy most is to cook for and entertain friends. I'm always busy with one project or another... making jams and chutneys. Sewing and sewing and sewing. My challenge right now is quilting. Beautiful but not easy with Guatemalan fabrics....
