This contemporary design accommodation showcases simplicity, style, and comfort. The main room with its vaulted wood beam ceilings features a large living room area, an open gourmet kitchen, and spacious dining area that seats up to ten guests.
The living room area with its stone fireplace includes a comfortable and spacious leather sofa.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes: 2 sinks, double ovens, ample prep areas, gas cook top, wine refrigerator, and quartz stone counter tops with bar stool seating.
The master suite has a king size bed with a private bathroom. The master bath showcases a large walk-in shower and double vanity sinks. The two guest bedrooms are spacious with queen size beds and large closets.
The fourth bed is a queen size deluxe Aero-Bed for extra guests. Sets up comfortably in living room area.
The grounds offer a large grassy area for outdoor games such as volleyball or badminton and a campfire ring in back for a relaxing evening by a warm fire.

Other Things to Note
A 9% Sonoma County Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is applied to the rates which also includes tax on the cleaning fee.
Also, this vacation home is permitted and complies with the Vacation Rental Performances Standards set by the County of Sonoma, Permit Resource Management Dept.
Guest are required to accept a rental agreement upon booking and follow the county ordinances for vacation rentals. The rental agreement will be sent via email to the guest after booking is completed.

Pets are allowed (dogs only, limits apply). Owners are responsible for controlling and supervising their pets at all times. Owner's are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. This includes but not limited to picking up and disposing properly pet waste and sweeping and disposing any pet hair in the house. An extra cleaning charge will be applied if owner doesn't abide by the pet rules. (For more information on pet please refer to the rental agreement).
The villa in Cazadero was amazing. The interior combined a modern feel with rustic charm. Extremely spacious with a fully stocked kitchen. Tony even supplied snacks - perfect for nearby hikes in the Redwoods. The outdoor space was equally amazing, with a clean hot tub, a fire pit with a stock pile of chopped wood and tinder, as well as a spacious yard for the dog to roam. I will definitely be going back my next trip to Russian River.
This place is beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice! Very well stocked and easy to find and use everything. The fire pit and hot tub are a great time and Tony is really nice and easy to deal with!
