This family-friendly 50 acre property has 3 houses on it (2 for guests and 1 for owners).
No guest animals allowed.
Price includes 9 guests. $20 for each extra guests per day.

The space
Our 50 acre working farm with cows, pigs, goats, and chickens hosts 2 accommodations, a cabin and a farmhouse. You can rent one or both. Both offer on site fishing, row boating, hiking trails, campfires, outdoor grills, children's play structures, indoor and outdoor games, self-guided farm tours. Come and relax from your daily routines!
House has 3 bedrooms with 9 beds. Each bedroom has 1 queen bed and 1 twin bunkbed.
The maximum occupancy is 9 guests at any one time. We do charge $20 per guest over 6 guests, no matter how short their visit may be. If you have more than the maximum occupancy, your booking may be terminated and no refund given.
We are 4 miles from Lake Palestine, a 25,000 acre lake, for boating and fishing. And only 7 miles from Tyler for visiting the zoo, movies, museums, dining and shopping.

Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire house, outdoor fire pit area, swing set, and yard. Fishing, catch and release only, in the pond is permitted.

Other things to note
No guest's animals allowed. If you are found to have an animal, you will be charged $200 and your visit will be cancelled with no refund given.
Cell phone service can be spotty. The best service in this area is with Verizon.
We do offer early check in at $30.
Late check out is $20 per hour.
$25 for 2 fishing poles and a tackle box
$10 for firewood bundle of approx. 12 pieces
We can accommodate 2 trucks pulling bass boats. If you have more than 2 boats, please reach out to us before booking. We will do our best to accommodate your extra boats but may charge a $30 fee.
We do have a very friendly Great Pyrenees dog whose job is to protect the farm animals, but loves attention!
**We do not provide wood for the wood stove nor the outdoor fire, you may gather fallen limbs from the nature trails, bring your own, or buy a firewood bundle for $10.
No pets allowed for the safety of our free range chickens, other farm animals, and the safety of our guests with allergies. We know how important ESA service animals are to the humans they serve. Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate any guests' animals, including ESA service animals. We are so sorry for the inconvenience. If you are found to have an animal, you will be charged $200 and your visit will be cancelled with no refund given.
other**Please note no guests are allowed to be on the property unless they are authorized by us. If any additional guest is on the property, there will be a charge of $20 per person per day -no matter how brief the stay. If you have additional guests that you did not include in your reservation we will charge you through Airbnb. Failure to pay for extra guests is a considered a violation of house rules and your reservation will be canceled without being issued a refund.
**Fishing in the pond is catch and release only.
