Quaint cottage style home 4 miles from Virginia Tech-newly remodeled! 2 bedrooms (queen beds) and 1 bath (w/shower/toilet/sink) on 1st floor. There is a Pack'nPlay & 1 bedroom (2 twins-daybed and trundle which raises to full bed height) and 1 bath(w/tub/toilet/sink) on 2nd floor. 4 TV's (1 Cable/3 Roku). 2nd floor does NOT have full headroom-6'2". Front porch has wicker furniture; back deck has table for 6 and other chairs. View of picturesque mountains-pasture horses-hiking trails nearby.

CheckIn/CheckOut is flexible if not booked immediately before/after you. Kitchen has dishwasher, Keurig, microwave. Front door has code lock -YOU SET YOUR OWN CODE, message me 4 digits to be used at your arrival. The hiking trails nearby are Ellett Valley Walking Trail (you can Google), Falls Ridge Preserve, (www.nature.org/ourinitiatives/regions/northamerica/unitedstates/virginia/placesweprotect/falls-ridge-preserve.xml?redirect=https-301), 25 miles from the Cascades Falls (www.virginia.org/listings/.../CascadesNationalRecreationTrail/) and 25 miles to the Appalachian Trail parking in Catawba, VA if you'd rather get on the trail there to hike Dragon's Tooth (www.alltrails.com/trail/us/virginia/dragons-tooth-trail) instead of hiking the trail near the Cascades.
