This ample 1 bedroom apartment allows a comfortable stay for 2 adults emerged in the greenery of the Ligurian countryside. Only 15 minutes from the seaside and Savona city. Guests can enjoy the pool, garden sun loungers and an outside eating area.

The space
The apartment is situated on the ground floor with direct access to the carpark as well as the pool side.
It is made up of a hallway, a double bedroom, a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, oven and fridge freezer, a corner with two sofas and table and a bathroom with walk in shower.
It is part of our home and the common areas are shared with other guests and the owners.
There is also a large friendly dog, a cat, a turtle and some farm animals like chickens and rabbits to enjoy. On the south side there is a large area with sofas to relax and a BBQ area for guests and a small wood with a children's play park.
What makes Palazzo K special? If you are looking to visit Liguria and its beautiful coastline with pretty villages and beautiful beaches as well as its internal nature this could be your base. The property is only 2km from the motorway exit of Altare and it takes around 15 min to hit the beach. Yet this farmhouse dating back to the 16th century with its original chapel fully restored offering guests 5 apartments for families and 2 B&B rooms.
You can enjoy the large garden with 18m pool, sun loungers, outside eating area, a relaxing area near the woods for reading or a nice prosecco. The property also has a restaurant open at weekends offering stunning fish and meat dishes as well as a large wine list to choose a bottle to share.
We take great pride in making sure our guests are looked after as we live on site and any special wishes are granted when possible!
This is the perfect base to explore the surroundings yet relax amongst nature @palazzok.

The house is surrounded by greenery yet only 15 minutes away from the seafront and the Ligurian beaches and towns. The nearest local supermarket CODI3m is 8 min by car in Ferrania and a main one with fresh fish and meat is a 12 min drive CONAD SPUERSTORE in Cairo Montenotte.
There is a national park of Adelaide 5 min from the house for spectacular walks and views. It's a popular place for cyclists also mountain biking and running.

The family live on the property and all outside areas are shared with us and our 3 children aged 9 ,11 and 12. We love interacting with our guests and are always available for any queries. We also like to enjoy and entertain our guests and have shared many evenings enjoying aperitifs together.
