PET POLICY: We love dogs and we appreciate your assistance in helping us stay dog-friendly. All dogs must be pre-approved. This applies even if you instant book. There is a $50 pet fee per dog per stay. More than 2 dogs will be considered on a case by case basis with additional charges collected through the resolution center. The adjusted pet fee will be requested once your pet(s) has been approved.

Due to allergies ONLY PRE-APPROVED CANINES (DOGS) are allowed. Absolutely no other animals will be considered. No exceptions.

The Cottage is located at the end of a lane in a safe, residential, rural setting on wood acreage. Neighbors are friendly and keep to themselves. Hosts live nearby so are available but they respect the privacy of their guests.

We LOVE hospitality! My husband and I love community, campfires, entertaining, making new friends and learning about different cultures around the country and the world. Our love for adventure is now finding pleasure in inviting the world to come to us.

Hosting is very exciting as we know this area very well and are a great resource for visitor information. Cookeville is a delightful city that has so much to see and do (without all the traffic of touristy areas)! We just love helping guests find their way around our area parks, golf courses, rivers & streams, shopping, pubs and eateries.

Ralph is an avid fly fisherman and knows a lot of great fishing holes. I have enjoyed a long career in the hospitality at a local venue. We both retired in 2020 to focus on our guests and the Airbnb business.

Whether you are visiting or relocating, you will enjoy the small town feel of Cookeville while appreciating that we are in Tennessee's top ten fastest growing micropolitan areas. Cookeville is midway between Knoxville & Nashville so very convenient to the big cities. We are a "wine, stein & shine" community too!

Come and enjoy our Tin Cottage or Cedar Cabin in the woods, listen to the birds, hike the trail down to the creek bed, relax by the campfire or curl up with your favorite book. Many great books are on the shelf too. The place is yours and we are close by to assist if you need us.
