This room is off of the living room, and has a great view of the park across the street and downtown San Francisco.
If you want comfort and color, space and air, a view of the park and view of the amazing capital building, if you want a big TV with entertainment center and nice leather furniture, a state of the art kitchen with a built in breakfast nook overlooking the backyard, guitars to play, beautiful art and photographs on the walls.......THEN THIS IS THE PLACE FOR YOU!
There is a beautiful private park right outside the front door and a lovely back yard with a BBQ right outside of the back door. Just minutes from the bay bridge, public transportation, grocery stores, and a light walk to Haight-Ashbury, which has tons of restaurants and shops!
This apartment is located right in the middle of it all - 2 blocks to market, 2 blocks to Haight, 2 blocks to the mission, and 2 blocks to Hayes Valley - the possibilities are endless.
This is the perfect place for someone who wants to feel like they live in one of the most beautiful and cultural cities in America, and have a beautiful room to call their home, and to wake up at any hour you wish and not have house keeping knocking on the door.
This apartment is on the top floor of a 2 unit building. It is very safe and secure, with gated entry and passcode electronic locks.
There are two other bedrooms available in this great apartment so if you have the need for more then let me know!
I know you will love staying here as much as I have loved it.

Hayes Valley is one of the more desirable neighborhoods in SF. Centrally located to Haight Ashbury, Castro, Alamo Square and the Mission - you are walking distance to an abundance of restaurants, music venues and boutiques.
Public transportation - including muni and BART all within walking distance. Street parking is available though make sure to familiarize yourself with parking in SF as it can be tricky and tickets are common. If you are a long-term guest it is possible to get a temporary resident parking permit.
Good resource below.....
Be respectful and treat my home as if it were your own! Other than that make it your own!
As a general rule, its pretty simple, use common human courtesy. The house is shared with other guests so be considerate of your housemates. While we do have weekly cleanings, lend a hand and clean up after yourself! Ya know, after cooking and when you use the bathroom is expected. And after 10pm, try to watch the noise.
Scott's apartment is conveniently located, just a short walk to the restaurants and shops of Hayes Valley. Checking in was super easy; Scott provided clear instructions for entering the apartment and offered to be of assistance if there were any issues. The place is well-kept. The only problem I encountered was in trying to cook. The oven would not heat to the desired temperatures, suggesting an issue with the temperature sensor. This made it challenging to prepare meals. Scott came by the apartment to look at it, but I'd imagine a new part will need to be ordered in order to get the oven working accurately. If you intend to cook, you may wish to inquire about this. Aside from that, the experience was great!!
Perfect spot if you have time and are on vacation vs work related functions. The rooms themselves don't have individual locks which was a concern for me since I didn't know any of the other people in the house. I'm also not sure how many people shared the same restroom but it seemed like a lot. Someone always showered in the evening and in the morning as well so I presume its one bathroom between 3 rooms? Either way, it was a hard schedule for me to work with. I didn't meet the host, but he was responsive about questions I had.
I had to cancel at the last minute as I came down with the flu. I did not want to bring the flu into Scott's home. Scott was unresponsive after a request to cancel.
Easy access, clean house, and excellent location. It was a pleasure staying at Scott's place. He was very helpful and friendly when he was around. Looking forward to come back again!
The apartment was conveniently located. For the price I paid, i expected a bit more attention to detail and information.
I only saw Scott for a brief moment but he seems like a laid-back guy. He's very friendly and calm even in situation where I lost the key for a few days. The place is just like advertised, very modern premium place. There's little traffic on the street so the apartment is nice and quiet also in the mornings. There are great restaurants in the area and the location also served me really well during the few days when I had business in SoMa and Nob Hill.
