About this listing
Come and stay in my amazing apartment in the heart of Trastevere. You'll have a taste of the authentic Roman lifestyle with its nightlife and its restaurants au dehors.

A unique apartment with a view on one of the most famous streets of Trastevere, via della Lungaretta. The apartment is furnished in a 70's bohemian style with some unique pieces like the trumpet-lamp! As a singer I wanted to make this flat a perfect nest for those who love music like I do! Take a look at the pictures in order to have a taste!
The flat is located on the 3rd floor of a 1800 old building with no elevator. So I suggest you to bring small bags and light suitcases.
Fully equiped kitchen with washing machine, WIFI, 42 inches Tv with DVD, an original working grammophone, a large stylish bedroom, a nice living room and a toilet. Air conditioning and heating. We provide clean linen and sheets. Upon request we offer transfer service from and to the airport.
Nearby the apartment there are also many Supermarkets and food stores so you can buy fresh food and all the products you may need.
Interaction with Guests
We are very happy to get to know our guests and spend some time together! We live nearby so it happens sometimes to meet in one of the beautiful bars and restaurants of the area and have a coffee together.
Trastevere is the 13th rione of Rome, on the west bank of the Tiber, south of Vatican City. Its name comes from the Latin Trans Tiberim, meaning literally "beyond the Tiber". Nowadays, Trastevere maintains its character thanks to its narrow cobbled streets lined by medieval houses. At night, natives and tourists alike flock to its many pubs and restaurants, but much of the original character of Trastevere remains. The area is also home to several foreign academic institutions including The American University of Rome and John Cabot University (both of which are private American universities), the American Academy in Rome, the Rome campus of the Thomas More College of Liberal Arts, the Canadian University of Waterloo School of Architecture (between the months of September and December), and the American Pratt Institute School of Architecture therefore serving as home to an international student body.
The line 8 of the tram will take you to Piazza Venezia in two minutes! Or you can walk to Fori Imperiali in 15 minutes. The Vatican is at easy reach with the bus 23 or walking. Trastevere is also very close to Gianicolo (amazing view on the center of Rome) and Villa Panphili, the biggest park in Rome.
Other Things to Note
Please note that there's no elevator. The apartement is about 35 mq and it's located at the 3rd floor of a 1800 building. We provide clean linen and sheets.
We just ask respect for neighbors and for the house. There's a charge for late check-ins (after 22:00) of 30 euros that includes transfer service from the airport to the apartment.
