This apartment is totaly independant and not shared with anyone.
We are located 15 minutes to Manhattan direct to Times Square by bus.
If you were to stay in the Bronx it would take you 40 min to get to Times Square. If you were to Stay in Brooklyn it would take you the same amount of time as subways in Brooklyn are not direct. If you were to stay in Manhattan you would not find a place as big as this one for this price.
There are many buses going direct to the City in the heart of Times Square. 24/7 bus services to the City. The bus stop is just around the corner from the house.
Transportation is probably underrated. There are about 3 -4 major bus routes which go along the cliff coming into port authority in about 20 min. There is a free bus to a ferry at the bottom of the cliff which comes round every 10 min. There are also the little jitney buses which come around every few minutes get you into town. So across the official NJ Transit, the little jitney buses and the ferry you can get into town at any time within about 20 min. Oh yes there is another bus into hoboken from boulevard east (road on the cliff) as well.
The bus will take you to Port Authority 42nd St subway station (lines A, C, E). This station is a central subway hub and you can easily walk to lines 1, 2, 3, 7, N, Q and R. (Important: Subway tickets cost $2.5 per ride but you can buy 7-days unlimited pass at $29)
The apartment is an independent 3 bedroom
It is equipped with bed linens, towel and private bath, cable TV in each room, WIFI
It has a nice balcony overlooking the garden where you may use the BBQ
There are many little restaurant near the house and the neighborhood is safe.
The house is located a block away from Boulevard East where you will see breathtaking views of the Manhattan and million dollar houses!
Best panoramic view if you ask me.
Parking is available at no extra cost
Please be respectful of our neighbours. No loud partying, you can go to the City for that.
please take garbage out on Monday, Tuesday (recycling) and Wednesday.
No litering and damaging.
Treat this place as if it was yours
I hated everything about this place.
Much worse then looks in pictures. (Gotta give it up to her for being able to take such good pictures from a place like this)
And not only that but the day I left she added a few hundred dollars in charges.
So it ended up costing me double was supposed to.
Never had such a bad experience!!!!
People be aware!!! These guests trashed my place!! We have a NO PARTYING policy. Trust me they left our place in a mess!! Threw up all over the place. We had to go to the property at midnight they had left all the doors open and where so drunk they could barely talk or walk.
I put in a complaint for damages. These are the kind of guests that give Airbnb a bad reputation.
You can look on all the comments of this apartment. I never never post replies!!!
But for this one this was unacceptable!!!
Great apartment. It's huge. There were four of us staying there in extreme comfort. There is a bus stop out front. You can take the NJ authority buses or the private buses. It's about $3 one way to 42nd street and 8th (close to times square). It's a 15-20 min bus ride. There is a garage where you can park you car. We parked our station wagon in there with a few inches to spare. It's better to bus in than drive as there is a heavy toll to drive and then parking is also pricey once in New York. The kitchen is fully equipped. We had one problem with the heating going out, but the owner came in and fixed while we were out. No one greeted us, but it was pretty straightforward. It's also situated right along the river, so every morning and every night when departing/returning, you get an amazing view of the New York skyline. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
