Glamp in style with our 2017 Winnebago Winnie Drop travel trailer. You reserve your camp site and we will have the camper ready and waiting when you arrive.
Our trailer is complete with bathroom, kitchen, linens, cookware, dishes, heating, mini-fridge, 2-burner stove, outdoor shower, awning, and indoor/outdoor stereo system. Hookup options are available for electricity, air conditioning, and TV. The water tank will be filled and a full tank of propane will be provided upon drop-off.

The space
Tiny but mighty, this 18 foot trailer is loaded with amenities. Beds can comfortably accommodate most people up to 6'2 in height.

You can check out a video tour and floorplan details by entering the key words "winnebago winnie drop 1710 floorpan" into your search engine.

Guest access
All aspects of the camper are accessible to our guests. Campers do not run exactly the same as a typical home, so it is very important that guests read the Welcome Packet upon their arrival. This manual provides useful information on how to operate the various components of the camper.

Other things to note
We can accommodate campsites surrounding Lake Isabella and along the Kern River, as far north as Limestone on the upper Kern and as far south as Sandy Flat on the Lower Kern. Please contact us with inquiries for other local spots you might want the trailer to be dropped.

The camper comes with equipment to connect to electrical and sewage "hookups" at campgrounds.

As noted earlier, campers do not run exactly like a typical home. Please be sure to take a little time to read the Welcome Packet upon your arrival to familiarize yourself with the nuances of the Winnie.

CAMPING IN HOT WEATHER:
The camper's air conditioning system only works when the trailer is connected to electricity. Guests are encouraged to reserve campsites with electrical hookups from June through September to ensure a comfortable temperature inside the camper.

CAMPING IN COLD WEATHER:
We supply you with a full tank of propane gas and a fully charged battery. Together, these typically will power the heater, refrigerator, water heater, and gas stove for 3 - 4 days of average use in winter. With 24 hours notice, we can come to your site and recharge the battery.

STAYS LONGER THAN 1 WEEK:
Guest is required to stay at a site that provides electrical hookups.

GENERAL INFO FOR ALL GUESTS:
It is the guest's responsibility to refill propane and water. A 5-gallon jug is provided for refilling water.

Hello! We are two outdoor professionals who made the Kern River home this past year. After our son was born last September, we took him on his first big adventure in a new travel trailer exploring the canyons of the southwest while meeting his relatives along the way. We have the best time adventuring through life together and love being outside. Matt can't live without Dr. Pepper, campfires, and rivers. Kelley is a sucker for hot springs, surfing, and coffee. Little Fin can't get enough of applesauce, swings, and other kids. We love to relax, but sitting still doesn't last long for us.
