We had a lovely stay over New Year, a beautiful house and grounds. The 'hunters lodge' had a roaring fire & eccentric decor complete with moose, badger & pheasant taxidermy! The lodge was cold on arrival but once we had the fire going it warmed up nicely. The house & bedrooms were cosy & warm from the start. The host was very welcoming and told us plenty about the house & where to go walking etc. The family are protective of the house, since it is preserved as their childhood home- so be prepared to look after the place & be respectful. Overall a great stay!
Super logement grand et confortable: en plein milieu de la nature !
Détente assurée et pleins de gros plus: salle de billard attenante au château avec une grande cheminée, hôte sachant répondre vite à nos attentes...
About the Host, Dominique
I live in Massachusetts and own a business there. I travel to the Normandy and Florida properties only a few times a year and wish to offset maintenance costs by offering them on the short term rental market.
