Cozy Brooklyn is a great way to live your New York experience! A large one bedroom apartment designed for maximum comfort at the same time aspiring to replicate New York’s atmosphere. The place is conveniently located footsteps away from Prospect Park, Brooklyn Museum, Brooklyn Botanical Garden, trendy bars and restaurants. The subway station is half a block away from the building and the commute to downtown Manhattan is only about 15 minutes on the Q and B trains.
Once in the apartment you are rewarded with satisfying light in all rooms and wooden like floors throughout. The bedroom has a twin and a queen bed, a large window, a closet and a full length mirror. The living room is spacious and charming, with plenty of seating, including one queen size pullout couch. Clean bed linens and towels are provided for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, a gas stove, cupboard space for storage and enough cookware/dishware for entertaining; cable TV and Wi-Fi connection are available.
Due to a situation that happened recently. I would like to emphasize that the Check-out time is at 12pm (noon) and Check-in time at 3pm; unless pre-agreed another (website hidden): The penalty for a past time check out is U$100.00

Franklin is a wonderful host. He was always available when we need him and helped with everything we needed.
The apartment was very clean and the neighborhood very good and safe. Me and my family never felt unsafe walking later at night around the neighborhood.
Our visit to Brooklyn was most enjoyable and it helped that our cozy Brooklyn apartment was very clean and comfortable and provided the amenities we needed. It is as it is pictured. Thank you Franklin.
I stayed here for a couple of days during my visit to New York. The host is very friendly and helpful. The apartment is itself clean. You can experience the life in Brooklyn. It takes about 30-45 with Line Q to go to Manhattan uptown.
I am generally satisfied with my stay and would recommend it if you like the life in Brooklyn.
I had a great time staying at Franklin's place. The apartment is very cool & has character--high ceilings, spacious rooms--but also has the amenities you need like cable & internet. I stayed here while I was hunting for an apartment in the area & it was great and convenient--close to the subway and to Prospect Park, where I went running in the mornings. I definitely recommend both Franklin as a host and his apartment!
What a wonderful and clean place.
Merci Franklin.
Franklin's place was exactly like pictured and described, really cozy. It had all the appliances you would imagine and the area is perfect, especially if you want to see Manhattan (very easy and fast commuting with Q train) and like running in Prospect Park.
Would recommend his apartment to anyone looking for a place to stay in NY.
The appartment is exactly the way they describe it, cozy. You have everything you need. The neighbourhood is ok. The metro is right there, 2-minute walking distance.
Abilio is a great host! Our flight was delayed one day and we arrived at 22:45 Christmas day. He was there waiting for us!!
I'd definetly go back there!
I think cozy is a good description for this unit. While it is not large, it is quite comfortable .Abilio and Franklin have done a good job adding little touches to enhance the experience. The unit on arrival was clean and well stocked. The wifi was good but the cable tv was a little primitive. The neighbors in the building were friendly and the neighborhood was interesting. We never felt unsafe, even at night. For people from a small town (as we are) traffic and parking in the city are always a shock. The parking around the building was no worse than elsewhere in Brooklyn. Now for the bad part of the review. The building is old and not terribly well maintained by the super or the building owners. There was constant leak from the ceiling of the lobby causing the floor to frequently be wet and slippery. Our toilet valve broke twice and the apartment above leaked into our shower in the three weeks we were there, forcing us to move out three days early. Abilio and Franklin were quick to respond and refunded our money for those days but it was inconvenient to say the least.
Over all, if it were not for the mechanical problems built into an old building I would give the unit a higher rating.
As the advertising indicates, the little apartment is cozy and well equipped. I enjoyed staying in the apartment and will surely return when in Brooklyn.
The hosts were very attentive and helpful.
Thank you Abilio and Franklyn!
