Shelley was extremely accommodating. She managed to make our trip possible, finding room for my girlfriend and I in her awesome home. All the roommates were extremely nice and helpful as well. I know whenever I come to Denver again I will try to book with shelley first.
Shelley was very responsive and helpful. Room and house were clean and tidy.
I had a wonderful week and a half stay in this room. The other people staying were very nice and helped get me settled in. Shelley was always easy to get a hold of and responded to messages very quickly. She even went above and beyond to help me out when I had a slight emergency. I had absolutely no problems while staying here and I would recommend this place to friends who will be visiting me soon here in Denver.
Shelley was welcoming and friendly. I first booked a week to give me enough time to look for permanent housing in Denver, but I was lucky to find a place almost immediately. Shelley was cool with cancelling the remaining portion of my trip with proper notice. The location was great and peaceful and convenient. I didn't have a car, but it was central enough to get around via bus or bike.
Shelley is a great host, very welcoming and inclusive. I stayed in the smaller room, comfortable and clean single bed and very affordable (I think unbeatable in Denver). The house was a perfect base to explore Denver for the week. Full access to kitchen, it was a blessing to cook a meal for the first time in months, shared bathroom, all very clean and tidy. It was also good to chat with others staying at the house.
Shelley is a gracious host and she is very helpful. First day I arrived it was rainy and she gave me a ride and an umbrella to boot. Neighborhood is nice, nothing to worry about safety wise. There are 5 other roommates, all of whom are staying for varying lengths. They're all young professionals and are respectful of one another and hose rules. I stayed for 10 days and though the room (and bed) was small, it had everything I needed for that period of time. I'd definitely come back if I have to return for work.
I had a great time at this place. Shelley was a great host and even the house mates were very friendly and courteous. The neighborhood is very safe and ideal for people working at NJH. It is also very close to the Cherry Creek Mall and 30 min to downtown via bus. Spent 4 weeks here and it was great.
The room is not very big but it works for an individual.
