Interaction with Guests
I tell my guests that it is their apartment and I don't go in and check on anything while they are here. I like to give my guests their privacy, but ask them to let me know any questions and I like to have an incoming and outgoing meeting.
Noe valley is a great central kid and family friendly neighborhood
Yes very close by easy to get anywhere in the city and the Bay Area .
Other Things to Note
Airbnb is being told by the city of San Francisco that they will need to add on a"hotel tax" of 15% to my guests charges which I think is too high and makes it more expensive for my guests. I don't know when this is going to happen. You could let our Board of Supervisors know that this is not right. SF is already very expensive I will not be raising my price. Although airbnb says I am priced low
I have recently added a cleaning fee of $50. Airbnb says I should charge $165. Per nite but I think keeping the charge at $125 Is fair and allows guests to come to SF which is very expensive to begin with
Thank you Judy for this wunderful weekend in this fantastic city. Your "small" hotel was the most heartily airbnb location i have ever been. I truly hope that airbnb will also be allowed in SF in future so many people can experience Judy's place!

Judith was the perfect host for our first trip to San Francisco. Her basement studio was a great home away from home – cozy, comfortable, and in the perfect location. It was nice to have a private entrance to come and go as we please – it was like we actually lived there! Noe Valley was a such a nice neighborhood to be in. It was walking distance from many great restaurants and shops. Judith was very helpful with what to do and where to go in the city. She has a pretty incredible story and we are so glad we met her! We highly recommend this place to stay on your next trip to San Fran.
Judith made us feel very welcome from the start and gave great advice on stuff to do and where to eat and shop. We had everything we needed at the apartment which is brilliantly located for 24th St and Mission, Twin Peaks (a great run!) and for public transport to downtown. A memorable stay thanks!
Judith was a fantastic host. She really made us feel welcome when we arrived. Her desire to help and provide an assortment of information about the area was greatly appreciated. The place really felt like home for 4 days. The location was convenient and felt safe. There are plenty of restaurants on 24th street to explore if you don't feel like walking far. I would recommend this place for anyone interested in staying in San Francisco.
Judith was incredible and had everything you would need for a stay in San Francisco. She provided us with maps, restaurants, entertainment suggestions, and a cozy place to stay. Noe Valley is a clean and very family friendly. Transportation is close and convenient!
