Our place is close to the beach, restaurants and dining with a great view of the gardens in Rosa Hermosa. You’ll love my place because of the quality furnishings and amenities, the ambiance and the quiet serene atmosphere. This beach apartment is in a small gated community built in 2012. We are only a 10-minute walk to El Cortecito and Bavaro Beach.

The space
Our home is a 2 bedroom 2 bath approximately 1200 square foot penthouse condo located on the third floor with a great view of the beautiful grounds. We are approximately a 10 minute walk from Bavaro Beach. There is a pool with lounge chairs and an outdoor gas BBQ for your enjoyment. Our condo is fully equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Well equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. We have cable TV as well as WiFi. The living area has a ceiling fan and sliding patio doors leading to the main balcony for your comfort. There is air conditioning in both bedrooms as well as ceiling fans for your comfort. The master has a king size bed with a walk in closet and ensuite bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed. We have a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo (European Style). Rosa Hermosa is a very friendly complex. Our staff are very helpful and take great care of our complex and are there for your safety and security 24/7. We are within a 10 minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores. We are 20 minutes from Punta Cana Airport. Transportation can be arranged for extra fee.
