Terrassien vacation home in the heart of nature on 850 square meter completely fenced property. Small house, modernly equipped. Chill lounge furniture outside, very cozy inside, perfect for relaxing. With Wi-Fi (streaming quality), TV (Telekom Magenta TV), dishwasher, microwave, fireplace grill, electric grill. Box spring bed, sofa bed. Dogs (1-2 to medium size, not or little hairy, EUR 15 per dog) welcome.
Terrassien is a real oasis of well-being for humans and animals.

The space
Cozy, with books, even drinks are available. I hope I have thought of everything you could want from a vacation home within the scope of what is possible. Lights, candles, blankets, pillows. Modern TV, Wi-Fi anyway.
Unfortunately, Terrassien is not suitable for wheelchair users, as the house is too small and the door openings are too narrow.

Guest access
You can go anywhere because the house is only 45 square meters and there is no basement. If a dog is on vacation, it can run freely, the property is completely fenced.

Other things to note
You can park your vehicle at the bottom of the property. The way up (about eight meters) is steep and not accessible. For people with walking difficulties, this path is not suitable on foot.

The kitchen is small but well equipped with spices, immersion blender, mixer, waffle iron, flour, sugar, oils, etc. Several coffee systems to choose from.

The vacation home belongs to the 3rd generation of my family. I have lovingly equipped it and had a 50 sqm terrace built. I learned a lot and unfortunately also made mistakes (e.g. gluing the wallpaper at an outside temperature of 10° C).
