Our home is nestled among trees and flowers on a 365 ft. water front of an all-sports lake. Three bedrooms all contain full to kingsize beds. Deck has furniture for relaxing outside. The living room view of the lake has a fireplace & 14 ft ceilings
Washer and dryer are located in the master bathroom. There is second full bathroom with tub and shower. It has direct access to the lakeside deck. A grill is available for your convenience. WiFi access is available.
Swimming and fishing access are available from our lakeshore. We are ten minutes from major grocery stores. Gas station, convenience store, and fast food are two minutes away. Downtown Grand Rapids is an easy 25 minute drive. Numerous restaurant, malls and retail spaces are within a 10-15 minute drive.
Interaction with Guests
We will be available to answer questions prior to your visit, but will be out of town during your stay. You will have a number for our son and friends who can assist with any questions you may have.
We have a country feel with close proximity to city conveniences.
Campau and Kettle Lakes have 125 acres of all-sports access with fishing for Bluegill, Small and Large Mouth Bass, Cat Fish, Rock Bass, and Walleye.
Canoeing/Tubing from 84th Street Dam

No public transportation is available. Taxis are available from the Gerald R. Ford airport which is about 10 minutes away.

I am a retired school teacher and now work part-time at Davenport University and with a writing and grammar curriculum company. Our two boys are grown and out of the house. We love to travel and eat great food. We thought it would be fun to open our home to be enjoyed by others.
