Our house is just on the edge of the picturesque village of Cushendall, nestled in the heart of the glens of Antrim. It is a bright, modern property with lots of space, set in a quiet, rural location, but is just a short walk into the village. From the front of the house are views out to sea and towards Lurig mountain. We are a 10 minute walk down a lane to the beach and a short drive over the hills to Cushendun, past the ruins of Layde Church. There is also a scenic cliff footpath up to Layde.

We were looking for a place along the North Coast and Christine’s cottage was absolutely perfect. The town of Cushendall offers a nice beach and great restaurants, and all of Christine’s recommendations were spot on. There’s a great walk from the cottage to Layd Church as well…

Loved this house, beautiful surroundings but close to the village. I know the area well and there are very few places to stay around there in comfort. I’ll be back now that we have found this special place to stay.

A lovely little quiet cottage perfectly situated near Cushendall and close to the beach. If you like to sleep with the window open, you hear nothing but the (Hidden by Airbnb) ing and chirping of birds and the "baaa"ing of sheep. The kitchen provides everything you need from…

I enjoy spending time in the mountains or in the sea (generally in the company of my dog, Rosie), and our house in Cushendall allows me to do both effortlessly! I love a bit of downtime and tranquillity, to read and drink coffee ...and, again, Cushendall is the perfect spot.
