Larnaca city is 10 km away. Easy access from the bus stop which is 100 meters away from the apartment and passes every 30 minutes. If you need to rent a car, we can provide you one at a very good price.

The space
EvaChrist Apt is a modern and spacious two-bedroom apartment, beautifully decorated, located in the ground floor of a small building of 5 apartments in a quiet area near Oroklini beach in Larnaka.
EvaChrist Apt features a spacious open-plan living area with a modern kitchen, fully equipped with all modern appliances, such as fridge, electric hobs, electric oven, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and microwave. Also, all kitchenware, coffee, tea, sugar, spices and oil are provided.
There is a large comfortable sofa in the living room which can easily converted to a double bed. The master bedroom offers a double bed. The second bedroom offers two large single beds size 107cm x 200cm each. Both bedrooms have large wardrobes, comfy mattresses, pillows, sheets, quilts and blankets. The apartment can comfortably sleep 6 persons. There is also a family bathroom with a shower. In front of the living room and the second bedroom there is a large veranda, which is equipped with table and chairs, a sitting set, sun beds and an umbrella.
EvaChrist Apt is fully equipped with modern furniture, beautiful details, fully air-conditioning and offers free high speed Wi-Fi with a private internet line and cable TV with Russian, European and American channels and movies. Also, there is a covered parking behind the kitchen.
EvaChrist Apt is about 5-minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Oroklini, minimarkets, cafes, restaurants and bars. Within a 5 minute drive, you will find a number of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, and all the amenities you would require for an ideal family holiday. Larnaka city centre is about 10-minutes'drive from the apartment. Also, there is a bus station 100 meters from the apartment. Buses pass every 30 minutes to Larnaka city centre.

At a distance of 400 meters is Yiannades Beach, a blue flag awarded beach with nice sand, clean waters, and sun beds. Added bonus is a nice walk across the promenade next to the beach. If you are looking for a calm and clean beach which will never get crowded, then you will definitely enjoy the place. Ideal for small children since the waters are not deep.
Oroklini lake is also near the apartment, which is a beautiful lake with some fantastic birds and flamingos that are lovely to watch from the viewing points.
In a short distance you can find shops, supermarkets, grocery shops, bakeries, banks, pharmacies, restaurants, coffee shops and pubs.
Larnaka is 9 km from EvaChrist Apartment, while Ayia Napa is 33 km from the property.
If you would like to discover the area, fishing, water sports and bowling are possible and the apartment can arrange a car and yacht rental service.
