An entire two double bedroom flat in a quiet residential 1972 tower block with stunning panoramic views across the East End, City of London and the West End.
There is a large open plan living room/kitchen with 180 degree double glazed windows and balcony, bespoke wooden kitchen with Miele washing machine.
The sofa can be set up as a comfortable single bed and there is also another comfortable fold up single mattress which can be set up in any room.
The rooms have large windows looking onto the stunning city view with a bespoke wardrobe. The rest of flat has beautiful laminated wooden floors with tiles in the kitchen, bathroom (with shower and bath) and separate toilet.
There is also a soundsystem and guitar, although I'm afraid it's not suitable for parties as noise needs to be low in the evening.
I work as a performance artist and painter in my nearby studio and live nearby. I have lived in London all my life and in the block for 9 years. I love London and I particularly love this area. If you want any advice about cafes, restaurants, bars, galleries or other things to do I would be more than happy to help.
Please note that the two lifts are shared with 51 other flats. They are cleaned every morning but be aware that it's a characterful real life London block!

Guests have sole access to the whole two double bedroom flat with bathroom, living room and kitchen for up to 6 people.
Please note that the flat isn't suitable for parties or large gatherings and noise must be minimal in the evening and at night.
Interaction with Guests
I will either meet you when you arrive or leave keys either in the next door shop or in a key safe near the apartment.
The flat is just off Hoxton Street. For anyone less familiar with this area, it is on the doorstep of some of London's best galleries, great bars, clubs and weekend markets - A hub of creativity and fun.
On the doorstep of The City of London and easily accessible to the West End.
Walking directions from Old Street tube station will be sent to you in your confirmation e-mail and I can also provide other directions upon request.
There are bikes to hire directly outside the apartment and buses and train/underground stations a short walk away. There is also almost anything you could need within walking distance.
Hoxton Station: 7 minutes
Shoreditch High Street: 10 minutes
Old Street Station: 10 minutes
Liverpool Street Station: 20 minutes
Hoxton Square: 7 minutes
Hoxton Street Market (mainly Saturdays): 2 minutes
Brick Lane: 15 minutes
Colombia Flower Market (Sundays): 15 minutes
The most important rule is no music above laptop volume after 9pm. I have had many complaints from the neighbours about parties and it's come to the point where I may not be able to continue to rent the flat via airbnb if I get another complaint. For this reason there is a £100 fine if I receive any complaints from neighbours. Apologies to be so strict about this.
Please keep the room and living spaces exactly how they were found and report any breaks or accidents as soon as possible.
Please keep noise to a minimum after 10:30.
Lock both front doors when leaving the flat and lock the main door behind you when entering.
Please keep the kitchen clean and tidy.
Pets are welcome but please let me know in advance.
