Huge deck with 6 burner grill, 2 large picnic tables and nice yard. Parking for 5 cars and small boat trailer. Quarter mile to fishing area and boat ramp on Narrow River. Half mile to kayak and paddle board rentals. 5 minute drive to Narragansett Town Beach, sea wall and shops. Close to Newport & state beaches. Great house for extended family.
