The space
Gorgeously decorated and perfect for group gatherings with views of Elliott Bay, a gourmet kitchen with dining seating for 17, a back deck and grill, a fully-fenced private yard with a playset, and comfortable beds and linens that encourage sleeping in.
Quiet tree-lined street minutes from downtown in Seattle's Queen Anne neighborhood. This light-filled home boasts elevated ceilings, air conditioning, high-end appliances and a gas range, and a circular floor plan perfect for dining and lounging without feeling like you're stepping on each other. Walk two blocks to satisfy your coffee craving and grab breakfast or lunch, and jaunt down the hill to the Interbay golf course and driving range. You'll be minutes from downtown Seattle and Ballard for easy access in and around the city, with a bus stop one block away.
The second floor hosts four bedrooms, each with queen beds, and a newly refinished bathroom. The third floor serves as a master suite with two bedrooms, each with king beds, and a master bathroom with a walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub. The basement has an additional two twin beds and bathroom. All beds have non-feather, allergen-free plush comforters and pillows, with Matteo sheets for an ultimate five-star hotel feel.

Queen Anne is one of the most desired neighborhoods in Seattle, being that it is so close to downtown, and has everything you need from renowned bakeries and restaurants, to grocery stores, a dry cleaner, and a local wine shop and butcher. It's a stones throw from Climate Pledge Arena for concerts, The KRAKEN or Basketball games. Also minutes from the Seattle Waterfront Cruise Terminal for stays before or after your Cruise!
The neighborhood is safe for walks and runs (Walk Score of 76), and even has a series of public stairways that are architecturally grand and tucked between stately houses for an intimate view of secret gardens and Elliott Bay views. For the kids, there are several public parks and playgrounds, as well as a public library with free storytimes, a community center with kids activities, and a community pool. The Queen Anne Farmers Market also runs from June - September every Thursday night with fresh produce, food carts, local music, and a lawn for hanging out on a sunny evening.
While there is one garage, parking is free on the street with readily available spots. The city bus line is convenient and arrives often. And Lyft and Uber drivers are minutes away for a pick-up.
While this house offers the chance to accommodate many people, it is not a party house. It is located on a quiet residential street, and the owners live nearby. When not rented, it is used by the owners' visiting family and friends, and is considered very much their home as well. Neighbor kids run up and down the street between houses and the street's neighbors host block parties during the summer.
Events and gatherings of people not indicated at the time of rental must be pre-approved by the owners. Smoking of any kind is not allowed in the house or on the property. Pets are also not allowed.
