******I am aware that airbnb suggests that you "Dont stop there" and keep sending booking requests. My suggestion if you would like to stay at my home is to exercise some patience in allowing me to get back to you as I am not perpetually glued to my computer or phone. I do respond to every inquiry and I appreciate your patience. :)
A gorgeous sun spilled 3 season porch converted into a guest room with beautiful views of the bay.

Plenty of beaches within walking distance and nice shops and restaurants in Winthrop Center. 30 minutes to Salem.

Having just flown back into the US from traveling the world for 3 years and having never lived in New England, I was pleasantly surprised with Danielle's hospitality and warm home. She and her roommates made every effort to provide me with useful information about the city and surrounding area all the while ensuring that my stay was comfortable and secure. Please note, the bed is brilliant and it may arrest you with its peculiar ability to induce relaxation.
Door to door, the commute from Danielle's to the blue line stop at the Aquarium in the North End is only 17 minutes. I was rather impressed with the efficiency of the public transportation.
I had a nice experience at Daielle's house. It is a small cosy place. The dog lovers must stay there as she has two cute dogs.
I had a great, great experience at Danielle's house. I stayed for two months and I have nothing to complain. The room is wonderful: it's spacious, with everything you may need and a fascinating view on the ocean. The bed deserves its own description: it's huge and super comfy (it has a memory foam mattress).
The transportation to Boston is not bad at all: the bus stop is exactly in front of the house. The bus will take you to the metro and the metro to downtown Boston.
The roommates are friendly and lovely. I really enjoyed the nights with them watching movies and eating fast food while gossiping:)) Danielle is really really nice. She is more a friend than a roommate. You won't have any kind of trouble with her.
All the roommates will be eager to help you with everything while in Boston: from the bus information to the best places to visit in Boston and in the surrounding area.
The dogs are unique: Bobo is super sweet and lovely. Zoe is a wonderful dog, even if she really loves eating:) I miss them a lot!!!!
I really hope to come back and to spend more months with all the roommates (and the dogs). I miss you guys so much!!!!!!!!!!
Danielle is a pleasant host who is considerate of your needs. The location is just beautiful. I look forward to returning and spending more time outside when it's not so cold! lol :-D
Danielle was great on coordinating when I got to airport and directions. The room was clean and nice view out to ocean.. Winthrop is a cute hamlet town close to Boston. $7 cab to T, $26 to Seaport area, $24 to airport. Also walking is nice. Will likely come back.
Check in and out was very generous and communication was very good. Danielle's place is well located, you can reach downtown quite fast and the bus station is literally in front of the house! Everyone was really friendly and helpful.
Thx for hosting us!
Beautiful area and very comfortable room. I was only there overnight but would definitely go back. Danielle was gracious and helpful. Thanks for making my quick stop over pleasant!
Danielle and her housemates made us feel very welcome during our short stay in their home. Danielle provided clear directions and we arrived there with no problems at all. She gave us a tour of the house and showed us where we can find things in the kitchen, and then left us on our own to enjoy our evening in Winthrop. We enjoyed staying in this quiet neighborhood near the water and would recommend Danielle’s house to anyone visiting Winthrop and Boston.
Good value place to stay close to the airport in Boston. Winthrop is a cool place. Be sure and go out to the park for the sunset and to see the city all lite up. House has multiple residents but was quiet. Also real close to the airport but noise was not bad at all in the night!
Danielle was very helpful when it came to explaining how to get to the house, as well as events happening in Boston. The room was beautiful, and was very well kept and clean. The only issue we had was that the bed made noise anytime there was movement.
