This renovated a-frame is located in the High Valley neighborhood in Packwood, WA near Mt. Rainier, Mt. St. Helens, Mt. Adams, and White Pass Ski Area. Our neighborhood is quiet and relaxed. The cabin offers big windows and a large deck. A quintessential a-frame - rustic with modern updates. A peaceful oasis in the mountains.

We don't allow events in our home (weddings, elopements, parties, etc.). No exceptions.

The space
The home features includes cedar paneled walls, new floors throughout, and new furniture (including memory foam mattresses).

Enjoy time on the large deck. Or, if you're wanting s'mores, pull up a chair to the fire pit and enjoy!

We are located in the High Valley Country Club neighborhood, several miles outside of downtown Packwood. This neighborhood is quiet and family friendly.

Guest access
When you reserve the Knotty Cedars Retreat, you get the entire home (except for the kitchen closet and laundry room cupboards). Guests do not have access to the detached garage.

Other things to note
There are two queen beds (one in the master bedroom, one in the loft). Also in the loft is a futon that folds out into a full bed (perfect for a child).
