Amazing Glenwood Springs home located downtown on the main strip. This home has been remodeled in 2018 and is looking great. Stainless appliances and Granite counters in Kitchen. Spacious Dining Room and Living Room. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Private outdoor patio that can be used as 2nd Dining area. Flat screen TV, and large couch in Living Room. Family room downstairs, with Poker Table, Air Hockey, and lots of extras. Don’t miss out on this gem.

The space
This Downtown home has so much to offer. Lots of character in an older home, yet newly remodeled with top of the line improvements. The Kitchen is spacious with brand new stainless appliances. Granite countertops with under cabinet lighting make it an easy place to cook all your meals. Dining Room is open to the Kitchen and Living Room. Dining sits right next to the Kitchen for easy access. Living Room is open and centers around the whole upstairs. Large Flatscreen TV to relax and watch movies, or sports games. Upstairs has 2 Bedrooms and a Full Bath with tub. Master Bedroom has a King size bed with TV. 2nd bedroom upstairs, has a Bunk Bed and Full Size Bed. Downstairs you will find 2 more Bedrooms and another Full Bath. Both bedrooms with Queen Beds. There is an additional Family Room where the kids can hang out and have there own space. Also in the family room is a poker table to have a great game night. Full Laundry room for everyone to use and an Air Hockey Table, to challenge your skills. Outside you will find a patio, with a grill, to enjoy the great Colorado weather. Dine outside or play in the yard with the kids. Enjoy the firepit under a starry sky, and unwind after a long day. Also don't forget, when it gets to hot, you can always come back inside to the air conditioned home. This is the house to be at, if you are going to visit Glenwood Springs. This house is located right on the main highway. Easy to find and very easy access to all downtown has to offer. Walk from the house or take a bus to travel the Roaring Fork Valley. Lots of houses claim to be downtown, but this one truly is. The backyard and patio allow you to have your own privacy.

I am a 15 Year Local to Glenwood Springs. My wife and I, along with our daughter Makayla love living here and try to enjoy everything our mountain town has to offer. We work hard to enjoy the time we have. We don't get to travel much, as we are busy, but are lucky to be in a place that people vacation in. We love going to the hot springs, year round, and it never gets old. We enjoy the outdoors, but also like movies and watching our favorite shows. We try to balance being active and relaxing which is not always, an easy task.
I treat all the guests the way I would want to be treated while visiting a new area. I know all the best spots and everything about where we live. Ask what you should check out while you are here.
