Guests can enjoy the fabulous view of the relaxing garden, and the little partly of a sea view.
Recommended for couples, small groups of 4 guests, family and families with their children or babies.

The space
Brand new apartment, completely equipped with attention to details, modern colours and high quality accessories. It is a sunny one bedroom apartment with balcony. Located in the middle of the centre of Tivat and Donja Lastva in a quiet part of town with a beautiful view nature. The apartment has a good position very close to the sea, close to the Porto Montenegro and also to the main city beaches. Very good location for relax, for enjoying the beautiful days on the sea. The apartment is approximately 55 m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It is found on the third floor of an modern elegant building, just a few steps from restaurant ,,Trpeza". The apartment is hi-tech and high speed WI-FI internet. The design is made by several materials such as Spanish ceramic and real wood. The cosy living room consist of a double sofa bed, second sofa, LCD TV, library and dining area with table and chairs. In the same room there is access to the well equipped modern kitchen. Behind the room you will find the bedroom area with a double bed and a very big closet.
Last but not the least, there is a good and pretty bathroom with tub, washing machine and hairdryer.

The apartment is fully furnished and can sleep 2-4 people ( or 5 if the fifth is the baby).
The guests can use every part of the apartment space . The apartment consist:
-Hallway with cloakroom leading to a bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen.
-Bedroom : contains 16m2 floor area , curtains, double bed 160x200, duvet, pillows, shelfs, desk and big closet.
-Bathroom: contains wash-hand balsam, soap, shampoo, tub, self and bathroom cabinet, towels, toilet paper, washing mashine.
-Living room and dining room: 20m2 floor area, contains double sofa bed ( 140x200), sofa, table and chairs, curtains, LCD TV , WI-FI connection, foreign channels, lamp, library corner, little table with a lot of banners.
-Kithen: equipped with fridge (freezer) normal and acidic water, vitro ceramic hob( 4 rings),coffee cooker, tea, welcome drink( wine) .
-Balcony: balcony set( table and two chairs) wire for drying goods , clamps, blinds against the sun.
-For children: crib, feeders ( high chairs).
-Other services: You can also make use of a secure parking space .
Distance from centre is 1km, from beach 500m, supermarket 100m, bakery 10m.
Animals in the apartment are not permitted because for reasons of cleanliness and possible effects on allergies of future guests.

Other things to note
The strategic position will allow you to easily walk to all major points of tourist and historical interest that the city of Tivat and Kotor ( 20 minutes by car or bus takes) offers.
Here you will find beaches such as Waikiki, Ponta, stone beaches in Donja Lastva, wine bar Corleone and luxury restourants in Porto Montenegro ( 10 minutes walk) where you can taste the authentic Montenegrian, Italian, Arabic lifestyle.

Apartment is set right above the main city beaches and next to the main magistral way which goes to Donja Lastva, Lepetane, Stoliv, Ferry transport.
Apartment is ideal for residents who want to immerse themselves in carefree portside living( Marina Porto Montenegro behind just 3 min walk ton it) while maintaining access to the amenities and dynamism of the beach life.
It location ensures convenient connection to transportation, shops, restaurants, public spaces and the waterfront which Tivat has a few.
Short drive away from the town od Kotor, Budva, Lustica Bay Village, Perast.
We are in the neighbourhood where are Trpeza restaurant ( next to the apartment), Waikiki Beach, Big Ben restaurant, Corleone wine and restaurant, close to Porto Montenegro, Yacht club pool Montenegro, Maritime Heritage museum and lot of other bars, shops, markets and old churches ( Donja Lastva).
