The space
Brand new apartment, completely equipped with attention to details, modern colours and high quality accessories. It is a sunny one bedroom apartment with balcony. Located in the middle of the centre of Tivat and Donja Lastva in a quiet part of town with a beautiful view nature. The apartment has a good position very close to the sea, close to the Porto Montenegro and also to the main city beaches. Very good location for relax, for enjoying the beautiful days on the sea. The apartment is approximately 55 m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. It is found on the third floor of an modern elegant building, just a few steps from restaurant ,,Trpeza". The apartment is hi-tech and high speed WI-FI internet. The design is made by several materials such as Spanish ceramic and real wood. The cosy living room consist of a double sofa bed, second sofa, LCD TV, library and dining area with table and chairs. In the same room there is access to the well equipped modern kitchen. Behind the room you will find the bedroom area with a double bed and a very big closet.
Last but not the least, there is a good and pretty bathroom with tub, washing machine and hairdryer.

Apartment is set right above the main city beaches and next to the main magistral way which goes to Donja Lastva, Lepetane, Stoliv, Ferry transport.
Apartment is ideal for residents who want to immerse themselves in carefree portside living( Marina Porto Montenegro behind just 3 min walk ton it) while maintaining access to the amenities and dynamism of the beach life.
It location ensures convenient connection to transportation, shops, restaurants, public spaces and the waterfront which Tivat has a few.
Short drive away from the town od Kotor, Budva, Lustica Bay Village, Perast.
We are in the neighbourhood where are Trpeza restaurant ( next to the apartment), Waikiki Beach, Big Ben restaurant, Corleone wine and restaurant, close to Porto Montenegro, Yacht club pool Montenegro, Maritime Heritage museum and lot of other bars, shops, markets and old churches ( Donja Lastva).
