Clover Blue exudes a charming, vintage Victorian style. It has an extra single bed/ day bed and is a lovely room for couples, or families with young children. This room has its own private balcony with doors that slide open to let in the fresh mountain air and sunshine. Clover Blue has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The space
Warm sunshine heats this room in winter. Oregon-Pine floorboards have been used to make the old-worlde charm authentic. There is a an extra bed in this room which can be used as a couch or for lazing the day away.

Guest access
There is a guest kitchen where you can make a meal or use the honesty bat system to have some wine. There is a lounge where you can meet up with fellow travelers or read a book from our library.

Other things to note
There are a lot of stairs up to our property, but the views are worth it!
The stairs take you through a landscaped walkway thick with lush fynbos up to the tranquil getaway that is Bluebottle Guesthouse!

There are as many as 20 restaurants in Muizenberg with anything available from sushi to local artisan baked goods. Less than a 5 minute walk from the guesthouse is a Friday night-market where all the local restaurants show off their flavours and local artists sell their wares. The old village leads you down to the revitalised sea-front with its bars, coffee shops and surf schools. There are mountains, lakes and an ocean in Muizenberg with theatres, shops and even a post office.
