I am truly sorry that you had a bad experience, I feel terrible and would have sincerely appreciated rectifying the situation.
I wished that when I checked in with you on the day you checked in early and before my cleaners where able to complete the cleaning that you had mentioned these issues, it would have been a very easy fix to send my cleaners back. I also offered to bring you additional linen, had I know you felt my linen was not up to your standards I would have insisted on new linen. I change out my linen for new linen every other month. The apartment was do for an update which i completed when you checked out, I am sorry you where not able to enjoy the updates. New lights, sofa, area rugs, dining set.
