After the entrance door there is a corridor with hallway area, wardrobe and washer-dryer (all in the purple wardrobe you see in the photos).
You then enter a large living room overlooking the outside.

It is very bright and offers:
a comfortable sofa bed which when opened is like a French bed (140x200cm); smart tv equipped with digital channels, netflix, youtube etc.;
bookshelf; dining table with 4 plus two folding director's chairs;
fully equipped open kitchen with: electric oven, microwave oven, kettle, various sets of all types for the kitchen (pots, pans, cutlery, glasses, cups, plates and utensils), fridge, induction cooker, blender, dishwasher, water filter jug, moka pot for coffee.

The living room leads to the dressing room with sink where you reach the mezzanine double bedroom area (height 2.40m) and bathroom with large shower, toilet and bidet.

Guests will have at their disposal a set of towels each and sets for the beds (sheets, blankets, etc.) and essentials such as soap, shampoo, washing machine and dishwasher soap, toilet paper, etc

Neighborhood highlights

The house is in the heart of the old center/Roman part of Milan between the Cinque Vie and Sant'Ambrogio. The street is one of the few still characteristic of old Milan. The area is frequented by students of the Cattolica which is only a few minutes walk away, which makes it both quiet and cheerful. It will be very pleasant to take a walk around the area among places to visit such as the Science Museum and Sant'Ambrogio, among characteristic streets, go jogging in Sempione Park and have all the functionality of being in the center and having all the activities such as supermarkets, bars, greengrocers, pizzerias, restaurants, delicatessens, pastry shops, ice cream parlors, commercial services (via Torino), shopping, etc. a few minutes walk away
