Response from Gordon:

Thanks for you feedback will aim to improve. I was just a few weeks out of surgery which has impaired my mobility. The bathroom floor was mopped, there is a 'stain' on the floor rather than dirt. The bedding was clean so hard to understand how crumbs could be there! I did meet you at the apartment as arranged although I had asked you to email / message me when you departed the airport for the City.
