To ensure the best experience for you as Guest and me as your Host, I want to layout expectations for your stay at my property. Please be considerate, the following house rules

- No smoking of any kind inside the building smoking permitted on balcony only.
- No drugs
-Pet fee is $250 per pet

Failure to adhere to the above policies will result in immediate cancellation of your stay, you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately, and will pay an additional fee and possibly forfeit your security deposit.

Guests:
- the only guests permitted to stay or visit, are the guests who are on the booking. The owner is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises.

Plumbing: DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the plumbing system, you could be charged damages.

Please leave the house clean and tidy. What does this mean?
•Placing all trash in trash cans. please remove anything that needs to be thrown away; including bags, boxes from the bedroom and perishables from the refrigerator
•All dirty dinnerware to be left inside dishwasher and be turned on.
• Used towels to be placed in linen baskets provided/laundry room.
•Treating the property with care and respect

For every tenant, we provide fresh linens and clean towels, and a thoroughly cleaned space. We thank you in advance for helping us out with this!

We really enjoyed our stay, house was clean and convenient , the pool was a definite plus for our group.

This house was quite nice, and was spacious for the three of us who stayed in the house. We didn't even use the lower level at all, so could have accommodated more people if we needed to. There were some odd things, like the fact that the kitchen had multiple large pots, but only one small pan. As a result, cooking in the house was interesting. The only other thing is that the location of the house is not really near any dining, shopping, or entertainment options. However, the house itself was quite nice.

A very spacious home that gave everyone in our party plenty of room and good sleeping accommodations! Great water pressure in the showers! The hosts addressed some issues that we had with the HVAC in a timely manner and were responsive to other communications regarding our check-in very quickly. The house is located on a quiet, well-kept street. Although not located in the most popular Decatur neighborhood, we were within a reasonably short drive to Decatur square, and lots of great shopping and dining. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this location for large families and others who are comfortable navigating the surrounding area by car, instead of walking or using transit.

This was a GREAT Vacation for all of us in Georgia! We were there to attend our Family Reunion!! If you are hesitant on this house don't be, you will not be disappointed. It was located just minutes away from the Interstate 285. Not nearly as far away from the Airport as we had thought. When we arrived the process to enter the home was simple. The yard was well manicured and the house was in great condition. It is an older home but on the inside it has been newly remodeled and professionally updated. It had been tastefully decorated with nice furnishings and various decor. The Kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware, dishes and utensils. Many of appliances were of good quality name brands. There was ample room for our entire party of 6-8. All of the rooms were spacious and each bed was large and comfortable. With 4 Adults and 4 Children (2-13 yrs) all together and each arriving at different times everyone still found their special place to be. The Grandchildren and myself thoroughly enjoyed the POOL which was one of the many highlights. The Privacy among the neighbors and the tall trees made this much more enjoyable than any Hotels public space. To our pleasant surprise the Basement actually turned out to be my Husband and I "PRIVATE OASIS" away from everyone else!! I was expecting it to be just a great play area for the children based off the photos. However there was a comfortable Bed in place of a sofa which was a great plus for us and it was located a few steps from the Kitchen, how convenient. I must confess it was not my first choice of homes to stay at on AirBnB, so I was really skeptical. I am used to Hotels with suites and grander spaces but this home gave us a lot of Bang for the Buck. It is worth the cost if you are sharing the spaces with several people compared to any Hotel price rate. Although we were not at home we all felt at home in this space.

This home was perfect for our week-long trip to Georgia. The pool was out absolute life saver. We swam nearly everyday after we visited all the wonderful sites of nearby Atlanta. Gali was always an immediate phone call or text away. I highly recommend this property and will stay here every time I visit my family in Georgia! Thanks for the stay, Amir!
