My wife and I had a fantastic weekend stay in Kristin's apartment.
Everything was simple and as-advertised. She's an excellent AirBnB host.
The apartment is a peaceful oasis a block from bustling Kensington Market.
I stayed at Kristin's loft for just over a month while on a business trip and I felt like I was at home the entire time I was there. I loved all of the eclectic artwork and wide open space. Super comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen to cook in and a safe, secure building in the heart of Kensington. Although I never met with Kristin in person, check in, instructions and any questions I had were taken care of in a very organized, timely and clear matter.
My only criticism (and this is not Kristin's fault) is that the neighbours upstairs were doing some loud reno work and the noises from the hallways carried through, so if you are noise sensitive like I am, bring a pair of earplugs for sleeping.
All in all, I would highly recommend this space and I would definitely love to return next time I am in Toronto!
Wonderful, stylish and bright loft apartment in historic Kensington market. Well appointed, quiet location, very clean and comfortable. An oasis in the heart of downtown, right near fresh bakeries and specialty food vendors, espresso cafés, restaurants and patios. Will definitely return!
This place was _fantastic_.
You could not ask for a better location, situated right in the middle of Kensington, Chinatown, U of T, Little Italy, etc.
The place itself is perfect for a couple, nice and roomy with high ceilings, large kitchen and bathroom, etc. Would definitely recommend it and stay again.
About the Host, Kristin
I'm a curator and gallerist from Toronto. I love travel adventures, delicious food, creative spaces and natural wonders. I like staying in airbnbs because of the personable feel of having my own apartment and experiencing being part of a new neighbourhood. I often work remotely so internet is a must wherever I stay. As a traveler and a host, I appreciate the airbnb scene from both perspectives .
