Elegant renovated apartment in historical Building, furnished with design classics, very comfortable and sunny. The apartment is very quiet and lightly, has one bedroom with double bed, a separated dressing room, two bathrooms one with bathtub and bidet, the other with shower. It has a new Bulthaup Kitchen connected to a balcony and a dinning room. The living room area has a flatscreen LCD TV and a Designklassiker daybed. Solid oak floor, roof high cupboards, big mirrors and high quality illumination with Poulsen and Artemide Lamps. Eames DSW chairs and Design furnitures make it very special.
It is in a historical building with elevator, a parking place in the courtyard and a beautiful view over the Karl Marx Allee. The Metro station U5 is on the corner and the best transport connections you can need. The building is sourrounded by the cafés, stores, shops and restaurants Berlin's Friedrichshain is famous for. It is a great place to stay, work and enjoy Berlin.
It has Gaggenau dishwasher, AEG no-frost refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, glass fusing, dishes, linens, etc.

Had a fabulous 3 week stay in Mario's apartment. Didn't actually meet Mario but he quickly responded to any questions he had. Carlos, who was looking after the flat was friendly and very helpful.
Very well equipped, we cooked at home most nights and also entertained family on a couple of occasions. Very comfortable bed, great bathroom with a lovely shower and plenty of hot water.
Great location, one minute to the underground and so many bars and restaurants close by. We loved it and it felt sad when we left because it was starting to feel like home.
Thoroughly recommended and the easy parking in the heart of Berlin was a real bonus. Would not hesitate to return.
Mario reacted very quickly, when we were in urgent need of a place to stay. His apartment is very special and nicely located. When we had a problem with the dishwasher, he did everything to resolve it as quickly as possible.
It is a great apartment, clean and the location is good. The only thing is, no one is living there, it is only used for renting it out. So there is not much cozyness, there are not things on the wall or bookcases. It's a bit empty. Berlin itself is great and the communication with Mario was also good. He was a fast responder and made sure everything was allright.
Berlin is just great and the appartment is unbelievable comfortable.
Mario's friend Charly is the perfect host and we felt inmediately at home. The appartment is located in the former soviet sector of Berlin,
so, if you are a Cold War buff like me, or just love History, then this is
a sure bet. Just across the street there is an amazing public library
"Pablo Neruda Stadt Bibliothek", were you can breakfast reading the
newspapers or just checking your emails.
In short, a great experience.
My wife and I stayed in this apartment for two months. We were very happy with it, and we would stay there again. We enjoyed the modern interior and furnishings, as well as the good location. Public transportation and good restaurants are both nearby. Adam and Carlos were also very helpful when we had any questions or problems. When the clothes washer went out, they got it replaced. The kitchen with balcony was very nice. Our only complaint was the lack of cable TV for a long stay, but we did have over-the-air TV in German. The wi-fi worked very well, which was important to me, since I do a lot of my work online. I would recommend this apartment to anyone -- for either a long or a short stay in Berlin.
Very nice apartment in a great part of Berlin, 2 minutes walk from Frankfurter Allee U-Bahn. Really close to Boxhagener Platz which has superb restaurants, bars and a relaxed vibe.
Apartment is a really good size and could quite comfortably sleep 4 people (there is a double bed and two sofas which convert into beds). Everything is to a very high specification and it was a bonus to have two bathrooms and a well appointed kitchen where you could feasibly cook a proper meal. Added to this, the big dining table meant you could host a good dinner party if it took your fancy.
At the front of the apartment is a great little balcony which was handy during the sweltering heat.
this is an incredible location for us. it was near a very fun and interesting neighborhood so we felt at home there. great little coffee shops, restaurants and located very conveniently to the places we wanted to go. the apartment it self is modern, roomy clean, really nice. if we return to berlin we would want to stay here..
The apartment is very-well appointed and convenient to the u-bahn (U5 line). The only small nit-pick would be the neighborhood: Soviet-era, communist housing blocks are extremely unique, but not welcoming or charming. Overall, if you're looking for a nice apartment, convenient location, but not be 'right-in-the-middle' of things, Mario's place fit's the bill.
