I had the absolute pleasure of staying with Maeve and Ken in early May. Everything that one looks for is all there. Beautiful , clean and a homey feeling to their home and bedroom/bath. Location... Safe and all local amenities are right outside the door and public transit is very easy and low cost to and from city centre. But then, their was such an amazing level of hospitality. The quality of both Maeve and Ken to receive me as a guest in such a warm, friendly and generous way. I left there feeling blessed and thankful to feel...yes there are really good people in this world. I will keep this wonderful experience with me.Being from the east coast of Canada, I felt like I was at my neighbours. The lovely meals and stories that were shared were just as exciting. I learned more about the local flavour of Dublin and Ireland around the kitchen table as I did on my guided tours. I know I want to come back again and tell all my friends and family about my amazing experience.
Maeve and Ken are the consummate hosts. We immediately felt welcome and comfortable in their home and they provided us with lots of us with lots of practical and historical information about Dublin. They went out of their way to help us throughout our stay, even providing public transport cards to use.
The room itself was spacious and well-decorated as pictured and there was a great selection of food at breakfast. The house is in a pleasant neighbourhood with lots of amenities and a good pub down the road. The location of the house offers easy access by bus to the airport and downtown.
Overall Maeve and Ken are ideal airbnb hosts so we'd definitely recommend staying with them!
we stayed at Maeve and Ken in Dublin for 2 days and loved
the comfortable atmosphere. We had a homely room
and enjoyed the delicious breakfast.
The house is close to several bus lines, so we did not need the car to have a trip to Dublin Centre or back to the Airport.
Thanks a lot

Maeve and Ken are the best! We loved staying in their home. Our favorite place to stay by far. They treated us so kindly, made us feel right at home immediately. Spent real quality time talking to us and gave us good ideas of places to see around Dublin. Wish we could have stayed the whole week there. We would highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks again Maeve and Ken!
We really enjoyed our stay with Ken and Maeve. Our room was very nice, exactly as shown in the pictures and they were very welcoming hosts. Getting downtown or to the airport from their home is really simple. Ken and Maeve had lots of tips for exploring Dublin and also let us borrow Leap cards for the bus. Overall, we had an excellent experience with them.
It was cozy and welcoming stay at Ken & Maeve! Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed staying there. Neighborhood is calm and quiet. Also good connection with the city center and the airport.
Maeve and Ken are very friendly and we really had pleasure having breakfast together with them. We got some nice tips what to visit and we were really satisfied with their suggestions! It really felt like home :)
