The Space

This is a BRAND NEW unit!
(Finished Spring 2014)
A retreat away from home! It offers a full size kitchen with all appliances. Separate entrance. Large deck with awesome views of the rockies! The apartment is comfortable and furnished with brand new furniture. It can accommodate up to 7 people/ MAX 4 adults***

The unit offers 2 bedrooms (and a comfortable double pullout couch in the living room)
Upstairs room has a full queen bed &
downstairs room has a bunk bed, double on the bottom and twin on top. (the twin bed ends up somewhat close to the ceiling and therefore, more suitable for children!... but doable :) if you are a fun easy going adult!)


*** If required, more adults can stay. Keep in mind that though we can comfortably sleep 7 people, it becomes a cozy place for many adults :)

NOTE: This space is built next to our family home and quiet neighborhood and therefore is best suited to friends or family that are after a relaxing holiday.

Our yard is a work in progress... and by that we mean it isn't landscaped. It is a wild yard. In due time, it will get landscaped. It takes time to get it all done. We do appreciate your patience and understanding :)

Guest Access

Laundry, WIFI, full kitchen with many amenities*, BBQ, TV/DVD (no cable), movies, books, storage available for bikes or skis. Each bed is equipped with comfortable duvets.
*if something is missing, let us know we will do what we can to accommodate!

Interaction with Guests

Since the unit is on the side of our house, we are usually around to answer questions or help with anything.

The Neighborhood

Family neighborhood. This area was built in the mid 1990's.
The views are amazing from our home!
It is located by the Trans Canada highway so nothing to block the view!! There is highway noise when sitting outside.

Easy to walk downtown on pathways (25/30 minutes or so) or short 5-7 minute drive.

Getting Around

We will be happy to give you directions depending on which direction you come from.
