Clean, spacious, and worth a return

Guests highlight how clean and spacious the home is, and many return for repeat stays
Newly remodeled kitchen and bathrooms. Less than 30 minutes to Pioneer Woman or Skiatook Lake. This is an old style farmhouse that has an upstairs wrap-around porch accessible from three bedrooms. Plenty of opportunities for hiking or just finding a quiet place of respite. It's not uncommon to see deer and hear turkeys calling. Another option is fishing in our varied ponds - catch and release only. Cattle are grazing in the fields around the house. Come for a change of pace!

The space
A beautiful, country getaway for the family. Lots of space, land, ponds, and animals to see! Step out onto the front porch and you’re greeted by a serene landscape nestled into the quiet hills of Osage County!

Guest access
Long driveway with covered carport. 160 acres of pasture/wooded area. If you can access it through a gate from the house or straight across the road from the house, you can explore to your heart’s content. Just don’t climb on the fences; only access through the gates. There are two picnic tables outside the house on the attached patio - great for outside picnics!

Other things to note
Just as a side note, you may fish the ponds, but it is strictly catch and release only! Also the area is notorious for unreliable cell service - just to let you know.

Neighborhood highlights

This charming old farmhouse will help you take a step back in time to a simpler day. Quite possibly you won’t see another soul during your stay at the farm. We want to encourage you to unplug and recharge. There’s plenty of lawn to play on and the hiking is great. Check out The Cha Tullis Art Gallery in Hominy! PW Merc is 30 minutes north of us and the Skiatook Lake is about 15 minutes east of us. Something for everyone! I
