The space
This is a private two bedroom townhome. The upstairs “Owls Nest” has a separate private entrance located on Colorado Blvd.
Our home was built in 1905 and has been lovingly cared for and updated. Super clean!

Private parking space, with ability to close safety gate if desired. You are welcome to use the washer and dryer, detergents provided for you.
