Ocean Drive is the Capital of Cool. What's hot and what's not gets decided daily on the sexy, sun-soaked streets of South Beach. Yes, there’s the sugar-sand beach, the hot clubs and the beautiful people.
This apartment is just a few blocks to the Lincoln Road Mall in one direction or the ocean in the other. Literally 30 second from the most famous beach in South Beach.
From this location you can walk to restaurants, shops, boutiques and nightclubs. From the chain mainstays to tiny, unique boutiques, there’s a store for everyone on Miami Beach. This ultra fashionable corner of the universe, Ocean Drive is filled with all the different people from around the world.
Here’s a list of four main shopping areas, restaurants and some of the more interesting spots, all are walking distances from the apartment.
Just steps away from Ocean Drive, you'll find the Collins Avenue Fashion District and Washington Avenue, a dazzling collection of hip designer stores spread between 5th and 9th streets along A1A.
Big-name designers like Armani, Versace, Nicole Miller, Tommy Hilfiger and Kenneth Cole have all set up shop here, catering to Miami Beach's hip vibe with their super chic décors and A-list service. These two streets (within a block of each other) make up Miami Beach’s designer district.
Lincoln Road: This seven-block stretch is closed to traffic and open to sheer attitude. This pedestrian mall is part catwalk, part outdoor café and part shopping Mecca.
Espanola Way: If you’re tired of the South Beach attitude, head to this tiny pedestrian mall off Washington Avenue near 14th Street. The architecture is reminiscent of a Spanish village, with peach stucco and red barrel tile roofs. On the corner is the Clay Hotel, a youth hostel whose exterior was shown liberally in the 1980s TV series “Miami Vice.” On Sundays, the street turns into something of a farmers’ market, with folks selling everything from freshly cut flowers to handmade dresses in stalls.
Other Things to Note
Washing Machine and Dryer is on the same floor

My stay at Jennifer's Ocean Drive condo was very nice. It looks pretty much like the pictures and had everything we needed, right down to a pair of scissors. It was actually very quiet, compared to what I thought it might be like at South Beach. I never heard the neighbors and the street noise was minimal due to the location of the condo in the complex. Jennifer was very responsive to my inquiries and quick to answer every time, often within minutes!
If you want ocean front location this place can't be beat! You get to the beach by walking across the street, across a boardwalk and you are there! Jennifer had suggestions for other things to do as well, if you are so inclined. Try the Front Porch Cafe, right next door, for a nice reasonably priced meal.
I was pleased with my stay in Jennifer's condo and would do it again if I'm back that way.
The apartment location was perfect...walking distance to everything! The apartment was also clean, well furnished and cool. Jennifer is a great host and extremely attentive!
Amazing area!! The pictures are exactly what to expect. The complex is nice. Seriously fell in love.
The apt was exactely as the pictures describe it, interior was good and location is priceless.
You should know that there is a construction going on in the back of the house right now and you don't have a view from the apt itself - but hey you are in miami beach, so you won't spend a lot of time indoors anyway!
We had a wonderful stay at Jennifer's place. Location is great, right next to the beach. A lot of restaurants and bars nearby. The room is clean and has everything you need. We would recommend to others.
Thank you very much, Jennifer! You will likely be seeing us again next year!
My husband and I loved Jennifer's studio apartment. Such a great location on Ocean Drive. The apartment was very clean with a great stock of clean towels.
The apartment complex is friendly too.
Key exchange was super easy. We were provided with all the information we needed to get the most out of Miami while we were there.
