  • I have just returned from my stay at Brenda's apartment and I have to say this place was great! We arrived very late at night and left very early in the morning. Brandon, Brenda's son, was very accommodating with our flight times and met us when we arrived.

The apartment is very central to the main avenues, where there are lots of restaurants, bars and shops!

I highly recommend this apartment to anyone wishing to stay in Brooklyn and I am looking forward to returning in the future.

  • our stay in this apartment went smoothly. Brenda was very accommodating about our late check in and the place was very similar as the listing. location is amazing.

  • Although we never met Brenda, her son Brandon was a very responsive and helpful host, and we appreciate how flexible he was about our changing arrival time.

The apartment itself was very clean, cozy, and had all of the basic amenities you would want. It doesn't have a ton of character, but most people are not coming to NYC to hang out in an apartment anyway. It's on a gorgeous Brooklyn brownstone street in a great neighborhood. I'd definitely recommend it--and the other 2 studio apartment the family rents in the building--to others traveling to the area.

  • Lovely neighborhood, and the apartment was immaculate and modern.

  • My husband and I recently stayed in this apartment. I agree with other comments that it is clean and the kitchen is well equipped . However, the beds are a single mattress on a bed frame, low to the floor. The blankets are stiff, old and not warm. I asked for more blankets and was given another thin, stiff blanket. The apartment was very cold during the night.
I would stay again only if they have proper beds and bedding.

  • The apartment was clean, bright, airy and in a great neighborhood. Our hosts were sweet people who even helped carry our luggage into the apartment. We were close to many shops and restaurants. We are new to airbnb and would reccomend to anyone.

  • I stayed at this awesome park slope apt for three nights with my mother and boyfriend. The apt was super clean, comfortable and a great location only a couple of blocks from a subway. Upon arrival we had a flat tire and val pointed us to a very quick tire repair! As we were checking out Val gave us a quick rooftop tour, complete with a view of the new trade center towers!
would definitely recommend this flat and would stay again!

  • I booked Brenda's apartment for my parents and brother to stay the week of our wedding. The place was immaculate. I was really impressed with how lovely it was and how helpful and friendly everyone we dealt with was. Great location and we were delighted with how the stay went. So reasonable too.
