Large, private master suite with king bed and room to put a single air mattress on the floor. The master suit includes a large tub and separate shower.There are two other bedrooms on the other side of the top floor, each with a queen size bed. There are also tv’s in each bedroom. 2 air mattresses are also available. A large bonus room is located between the bedrooms with a 65 inch tv and comfy couches for a night of relaxation.The main floor is wide open with large windows to view the back yard.

The space
2500+ sqft of space. There is a lot of open space on the main floor so you can interact with all your guests. There is a lot of privacy up stairs when you need your alone time. There are 5 tv's in the house so everyone can watch what they want. You can enjoy your morning coffee out on the deck overlooking the birds swimming in the pond or go for a walk or run and get even closer. There is lots of space in the back yard for the kids to run around. Looking out the front two bedrooms you can see the rocky mountains on a clear day. Not a lot of houses in the area have air conditioning. Enjoy a cold house, when it is hot outside.

The house is located on a quiet cul de sac. There is a road right behind the house, but is quiet and there are no school buses going back and forth in summer. There is a quiet, peaceful pond in the back. There is no fence access and you will have to go around if you want to use it. There is a play ground for kids and trails for walking, biking and running. If you are involved at a wedding at the Ranchehouse, we are only a 5 minute drive away. We are 5-10 minutes away to most things in Cochrane. There is a neighbourhood pub you could walk to in 10-15 minutes.

During your stay

We will be away at our vacation home for July and August. For the majority of the time we will not be in Cochrane. We are only 2 hours away for emergencies. We will give you the code to get into the house and then that will be your code for the length of your stay. You are free to book for more than a week, but the house will be cleaned and laundry washed in-between stays.
You are free to interact with us as much as you need to before your stay.
