This is a rare opportunity to stay in a $800,000 condo for less than the cost of a standard Boston hotel room.
The guest bedroom is a dedicated guest room and features a queen bed, closet, dresser, private bath, cable TV, and WiFi . Linens are 100% cotton 400 thread count on a new pillow top mattress. Along with the bedroom, the 1400 sq ft condo has a stylish living room, dining area, study, kitchen and owners suite - which is locked off during AirBnB stays. The corner unit offers remarkable views of the Back Bay skyline, Blue Hills and parts of the Boston Harbor.
The location is truly in the heart of the city and walking distance to all, including the Freedom Trail, Aquarium, Boston Harbor, Theaters, Newbury Street shopping and Museums. If you wish to travel beyond the city center we have direct access to the Boston "T", with a metro station across the street at the Orange Line (Tufts Medical Stop), and three blocks from the Boston Common. In warmer weather, the Boston Hubway bike system is very nice to use (only $12 for 3 days) with a bike station just two blocks from our door. Business travelers can enjoy immediate proximity to both the downtown and Back Bay business districts as well as a 6 min. taxi ride to Boston Logan Int. airport.
You will not meet the owners who live part time in New York City, but they are happy to provide information to help you enjoy Boston and choose from many dining, theatrical, museum and sporting options. Evening arrivals and 24 hour security are provided by front desk concierge. Reservations may be made up to three months in advance. Our location is truly in the epicenter of the city. We are three blocks from the Boston Common and Emerson College. We have multiple performance theaters across the street, Tufts Medical Center just next door and the shops of Downtown Crossing just down the street. Just a short walk to the Freedom Trail, Aquarium, Boston Harbor, Theaters, Newbury Street shopping and Museums.

Great hosts! The property was as described. Well located to the Back Bay, Boston Commons and a multitude of wonderful South End restaurants just across I-90 to the south. We were there for the Boston Marathon, and the condo is about 1/2 mile walk from the finish line and 1/4 mile from Boston Common. Spectacular views of the John Hancock building and surrounding areas. We easily walked to restaurants, shopping, the Boston Main Library and the New England Aquarium.
What a beautiful condo! We had a great experience while staying at Stephen and Bobby's place. The views are breathtaking. As we did a lot of walking outside and it was very cold, we couldn't wait to get back to the condo at night for the most amazing views of the skyline. That never got old! We loved the decor of the condo and will even be trying some of their ideas at our house. The guest room is very spacious as is the closet. You have everything you would need in the kitchen to get you through your visit. You don't need the stove or oven with all of Boston's great restaurants! It is very easy to get a taxi since the condo is so close to the hospital and a major hotel across the street. You can also walk to major streets in no time. Thanks Stephen and Bobby!
Stephen and Bobby's condo was perfect for a long weekend away in Boston. The views are great, the condo confortable and clean. There is also a helpful concierge system. The arrangements for arriving and leaving are very clear and simple. The location of the condo is very good for exploring central Boston with the subway system right next door. There is nothing better than to enter one of the biggest apartment I've ever been in after a 15 hours flight...
The stunning view could heal anyone, especially with the snow falling on Downtown Boston. Located close to the T, moving around the city is more than easy, the concierge helpful as can be, and the explanations about how to use and live in and around the apartment by the owners are just perfect

It is unlikely that you will meet us as we schedule our time in Boston between the bookings of our AirBnB guests. We offer our condo as a one bedroom apartment with a dedicated guest room with private bathroom. It is important to note, that you are booking a very large space, with a bedroom that is dedicated to guest's use, like a hotel room, and not sleeping in the owner's room. As is typical with vacation rentals, the owner's suite is locked off when the owner's are away.
