The space

Sink into the extremely comfy queen mattress and oversized real down comforter. I put a lot of effort into designing this space. It has a very fun, young, vibrant feel.

* EVERYTHING is meticulously cleaned after EVERY stay

* There's no better location! Right next to the High Line, Chelsea Market, and all the hottest bars, clubs, and restaurants in the Meatpacking area. Also, super easy walk up to the 3rd floor.

* Everything is brand new, great style inside, all wood floors and stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. I have iphone chargers everywhere and all the lighting switches have dimmers. I even have five HUE color wifi lights if you want to set your own custom lighting mood

* Super fast 120Mb Wi-Fi in the apartment with brand new wireless SONOS 5.1 surround sound speakers for movies. These speakers can also wirelessly play all your music from your mobile phone and you can play one song on the bedroom while playing a different song in the living room. There's a huge 65" 4K TV and it has paid Cable, Netflix, Blu-ray/DVD player, Xbox, and Apple TV

* Fully furnished with everything luxury you could want like all high end kitchen wear/plates/glasses/silverware, bar-height table, great couch, work desk, office chair, new Apple monitor and printer. The towels and bed sheets are from Restoration Hardware and really nice

You'll feel right at home in this luxury apartment!

Guest access

You'll have the whole apartment to yourself!

Interaction with guests

Happy to answer any emails or texts you send me. Other than that, it's your place and I won't bother you!

Other things to note

It's NYC and I'm on the 3rd floor so you'll naturally get street noise at any place like mine. It's also in a really high end nightlife area so it can get noisy on certain late nights. I have fans in the livingroom and bedroom that create white noise to block out the street noise but if you're a super light sleeper or have health/age issues, this may not be the place for you.

Daniel's place is a most excellent bachelor pad right in the heart of Chelsea & the Meatpacking district. It is a very well appointed apartment in an excellent location at a fair rate (but don't expect to sleep through the night.) The apartment has a nice kitchen, all the latest home tech, fast internet, new AC units, and a lot of Banksy on the walls. The bedroom is cozy, with a very comfy bed and desk if you need to do a little work. The bathroom is nothing to write home about (but you didn't come to NYC for that, did you?) Chelsea Market is steps away, the High Line goes by your window, and the absolutely essential Whitney Museum is just a couple blocks down. The Hudson River Greenway is one block over, and is a fantastic place to go for a run or bike ride. There are loads of great bars and restaurants in the neighborhood to choose from, and you can quickly get to theaters, the Village, Midtown, and more on foot. One caveat: the apartment is next door to 1 Oak, a nightclub of laughable pretension which makes for some entertaining people watching when you come by at night. The downside is all these people pile out at 4 AM and block up the street, leading inevitably to a symphony of car & truck horns, police sirens, and drunken wooting that woke this heavy sleeping city dweller every night. It's all OK so long as you can have a laugh about it in the morning over your espresso, but maybe not ideal if you're in NY for an interview or to perform a surgery. In all, a wonderful place from which to base your adventures in Manhattan. We've many great memories from our stay!

The best thing about the apartment is it's location. Most of the hip places are within 2 miles from the apartment. The host was really nice and approachable. The apartment is perfect for 4 people.

This is a fabulous apartment in Chelsea area. Very close to bars and restaurants and next to Chelsea market. The apartment was clean and very techie! I enjoyed staying there. It is next to a couple bars so it can get loud sometimes at night. Other than that it's a perfect place.

Great apartment in a great location! We were even able to find street parking without any issue - a nice bonus if you will be traveling by car. Throughout the duration of our stay, Daniel was always available to answer any questions we had or to suggest places worth checking out. His suggestions certainly did not disappoint! We had a fantastic stay and would certainly make a return visit!

Daniel was great communicating and helped me settle in with ease. The place was compact but perfect for a weekend stay. The location was amazing and the price was low considering the area. Overall I had a great stay.

I work at . I have no clue why but Airbnb likes to block the name. It's the company where people do all their searches online and where we have self driving cars :) Recently got my MBA at UT Austin and now I'm living in Manhattan. For undergrad, I went to the Air Force Academy and then spent 6 years in the Air Force doing satellite program management and cyber operations during a deployment to Africa.

I love life. I don't judge. I have a passion for going after my dreams and I surround myself with fun, spontaneous, and adventurous people along the way.

Work takes up most of my time but when I'm free I like to check out new places with friends, try new things, go out to a party, or chill at home and watch a movie. I grew up skiing and snowboarding so love that. Started surfing when I lived in Brazil and LA. I've also done a couple Ironman triathlons and Tough Mudders. Always looking for something new to try out so let me know what I'm missing!
