    Response from Gianni:

Thanks Romain for your nice feedback. Just to clarify to future guests: Rome is a vary big city and the center city is very large and multiple. the apt is located 15 min walking from Termini train Station, 3 minutes walking from Santa Croce in Gerusalemme Basilic, 10 mi walking from S. Giovanni Basilic, 20 min walking by Colosseum, all these sights are in the city center even tough different from other sights that - you know - are numerous.

  • We had a lovely stay. Thank you to Gianni for being a wonderful host! We were only in Rome briefly but the apartment was convenient and had what we needed.

  • Gianni's place was great, super stylish and comfortable in a beautiful building. I"d highly recommend staying there. It is convenient (20-5 minute walk to Termini station or 8 minute car ride). I"d recommend staying here if you don't want to be in the center of the city, though close to Termini, and experience a non-touristic neighborhood. Gianni was also super flexible and helpful with correspondence and arriving//departing allowing us to leave our luggage as his place until our evening flight as someone else was renting the apartment the day we were leaving. Thanks, Gianni!

  • Gianni was a gracious host who was very helpful with ordering taxis and assisting with luggage and restaurants. His apartment was very clean and well furnished and was located out of Rome's hustle but still close enough to get right in there if you chose to. Highly recommended!

  • The apartment is extremely beautiful, cozy and the decoration is amazing.
It´s located in a safe and elegant neighborhood with a lot of supermarkets and other stores. The Manzoni metro station is in a few blocks and the Termini train station is very close.
Gianni was very helpful during the booking processes.
I had an awful incident (forgot my iPhone on the taxi) and Antonio, the host, helpd me A LOT to find the taxi driver. Thank you so much again, Antonio. You were terrific.
I recommend this place to all my friends and would love to live in this apartment.

About
I live mostly in Rome and part-time in Paris. I rent out my Parisian flat when I'm not there (often). Been renting it for 6 years now, it's a cosy flat, in a vibrant neighbourhood with a super view.
